Spacious townhouse in Davenport, FL! Located in a state-of-the-art community, guests will be able to enjoy all the amenities this space has to offer.

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 10 people. Our kitchen is fully equipped everything you will need during your stay.

This house is also equipped with a washer and dryer during your stay.

We provide some amenities Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash.

The living room is large, open, and has comfortable seating for everyone and a Smart TV to watch.

Relax on our outdoor patio that is located off the living room and has seating for you to enjoy.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. We have two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, other with a queen! Last room is a guest favorite with families with kids in which it provides a Mickey theme Disney room that calls for a bunk bed for kids!

Renter must be 21 to rent this property. No parties. Sorry, no pets.

When you rent with us, you will be renting directly from a family run and managed property instead of a big, nameless investor. We really appreciate your business and supporting our family run vacation home!

ADDITIONAL THINGS TO KNOW

- Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
- Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee daily on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort, and towels are available to rent.
- Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. The hold will be returned at check-out once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.

Other things to note
AC restrictions in FL: the thermostat is limited in its performance. It should not be set below 67 degrees for an extended period of time, or the unit will freeze up and stop working completely. Central AC units are designed to cool the inside temperature 15-20 degrees below the outside temperature.
