Located on Radio Island, between Beaufort and Morehead City, this location puts you in the heart of the best of both worlds, only 5 minutes from either downtown. Or there is plenty to do right at the condo. Just sit on the balcony and watch the boats go in and out of the inlet or enjoy seeing the wild ponies over on Carrot Island or dolphins swimming in the inlet and creeks.

Old Towne Yacht Club is a gated community which boasts a range of top-notch amenities designed to enhance your stay. Unwind in our outdoor pool, complete with a hot tub, or fire up the gas grills for an alfresco dining experience. Stay active in our well-appointed fitness center or socialize at the clubhouse.

For those with a love for the sea, our marina offers boat slips available for short-term lease, providing a perfect gateway for you to explore the surrounding waters.

To ensure a seamless stay, we have provided all basic necessities, including linens. All you need to bring is your suitcase.

There is a full kitchen with new appliances, washer/dryer, and a smart TV with internet. The primary bedroom features a large en-suite with a large walk-in shower and private access to the balcony with the most spectacular waterfront views. There are two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has three twin-sized bunk beds set up as two stacked bunks and a pull-out trundle underneath. Both bedrooms include full closets and are steps away from a shared full bathroom.

The primary bedroom and living room both open onto the balcony. The kitchen is separated from the living room and dining area by a bar in a Great Room design, and the appliances are new stainless steel and include a washer and dryer.

Boaters: 3 min boat ride to Beaufort Inlet, 2 min to Carrot Island, and 15 min to Shackleford Banks. Boat slips are available for short-term lease at the marina. Pets are allowed for stays that are 31+ days.
