This was the perfect place for me and my wife to have a small weekend getaway. Right down the road from the beach and just enough for me and my wife to be comfortable. Very clean and easy to access with how busy Panama City can get.

Cute for a couple. Not for the light sleeper. Bed is really short and floors are for the most part, bare. The garden are could be precious.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this VRBO. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything we needed was provided. The host was responsive and made the whole experience easy from check-in to check-out.The only thing I’d mention for future guests is that if you’re taller than average, you may find the bed a bit short, and the toilet doesn’t have much legroom, so it can be a little cramped. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us—just something taller guests may want to be aware of.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Very glad we found this place to stay with our dog with a back yard, however everything in the house is very minimal. We did enjoy our stay though and it was good for us.

We had a very bad experience at the cottage. I left after one night due to the conditions. It wasnt fixable. The front door inside lock was broken so you couldn't be sure it was locked. The oven is in horrible condition, the AC unit is loud and you can see daylight underneath it, the walls are not insulated or repaired, very very loud bar next door, the backyard is overgrown,

Host interactions were great! The shower was great! Everything was clean. The back yard is somewhat private. But it served its purpose. My only complaint is we didn't have any heat and it was in the 40s while we were there.

Great little spot

Simple and just steps away from PC beach craziness...but no one even comes down the street. Only issue was broken chairs and high grass in the small back yard.

Good spot by the beach

Decent little house by the beach. If you're just looking for somewhere to lay your head for the night close to bars/restaurants, shops, and the beach this place is just fine. Plus is you have your own drive way so don't need to worry about elevators and parking garage and all that hassle. Plus host was able to work with me on my dates with no problems. Check it out

Couples Cottage for Beach Getaway

If you're looking for a place to sleep on your beach vacation, this is a good pet friendly place. There's a little backyard area for your dog to use the bathroom. The beach access point is a short 3 minute walk across the street. The cottage has parking for one car outside and is basically a studio apartment. The floor is stone/concrete and the rugs are kind of old so I recommend having house slippers. The location is close to everything you could want to do at Panama City Beach.

Close to the beach, and all of the surrounding attractions/shops/restaurants.The place was neat and clean, and the perfect little cottage for a weekend trip. I loved being able to back my car right up to the door to unload and re load. It was also super easy to communicate with the host and she got back with me fast every time. We would definitely stay there again! I don’t understand how this place could get any less than 5 stars. It’s not advertised to be some pent house ,it’s a cottage. That’s exactly what we expected and exactly what we got. It was perfect and we appreciate Kami for everything!

Garage remodel

Advertised back yard was a mud pit. Nowhere to hang clothes. There is a gap In the fence on the back left so our dog got through to “The Yard” unit and no was there at the time. Very dark in side. We should have just stayed in a hotel .

Was a waste of 1100.00 for sure! The air was out when we got here! They sent maintenance and I had to hit the reset button every 30 minutes the entire first night and half the day next day! Finally got fixed around 3 our 2nd day here! Finally enjoyed the 3rd day and left a day early! Was the worst experience I have had in PCB!
