Tidewater 505 is a low stress, low density, gated entry complex located near everything fun and delicious in Orange Beach! Marinas, spas, boutiques, putt putt golf and arcades, restaurants and live music all within minutes. Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

As you enter Tidewater 505, the one bedroom is immediately to your right. This bedroom features a queen-size bed, wall mounted flat screen tv, full closet and direct access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the hallway, there are built-in bunk beds along with a washer and dryer combo for your convenience. Continuing inside, you have a full kitchen stocked with all of the essentials to prepare a basic meal should you decide to stay in. There is a table with seating for three and additional seating for three at the bar. In the living room area, there is comfortable seating (sleeper sofa) for down time to watching tv or enjoying the views. Or step out onto your private balcony, featuring a table with seating for four, and breathe in the fresh salt air while listening to the waves crash along the shoreline.
