Welcome to our beautiful penthouse apartment in the stunning Italian Alps of La Thuile. Situated in the old hamlet of Grande Golette (1500m), this apartment is blessed with panoramic views of the old idyllic town and Rutor glacier. Whilst the extensive Espace San Bernardo ski area, shared with La Rosiere (France), is just a 5-minute walk away.

Enjoy the warm cozy fireplace after a fun day in the mountains in this 3 bedroom apartment, that comes with underground parking and a ski locker.

The front door leads into the spacious open plan living area and newly fitted kitchen, where there is a large dining table, two sofas and rocking chair all facing the wonderful fireplace.
Downstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite toilet and basin, whilst the second bedroom has 4 bunkbeds and lots of storage.
The main bathroom downstairs has recently been renovated as well, with a toilet, basin and shower.
Upstairs in the very spacious attic room there is one king size sleigh bed and two single beds with additional storage space.
Under the condominium there is an underground garage with one designated parking space in addition to a lockable ski cave. Additional off street parking is also available.

La Thuile

You can enjoy uninterrupted views of the stunning Mont Blanc massif in this family-friendly multi season resort.

In summer there is a world class mountain bike area served by the ski lifts, offering over 220km of downhill trails. This is in addition to the breathtaking hikes both in and around the town up to the many waterfalls feeding the river that flows through the town. (La Thuile Infinity Trekking is a network of more than 520 km of trekking and hiking trails between 1,440 and 3,486 metres.) With plenty more beautiful hikes in nearby Courmayeur, including the Tour du Mont Blanc.
Further summer activities include mountaineering, water rafting and even horse riding.

La Thuile is also ideally located (short drive or bus ride) for day trips to the famous Monte Bianco Skyway, for unparalleled views of Mont Blanc and the Aosta Valley.

The thermal town of Pre Saint Didier is even nearer, where you can enjoy the Roman hot springs all in view of the Mont Blanc Massif.

The town of La Thuile is nearly 800 years old. The town has several lovely restaurants, several shops, ranging from a small supermarket, to sport and rental shops, to specialist wine and cheese shops. There is even a sports centre offering gym facilities, tennis, 5-aside football and indoor bouldering.
