thank you for the kind review ! We built the large wrap around porch envisioning a great relaxing spot even in inclement weather to relax on. The people before you said they had rain almost everyday that week and the porch literally saved their vacation !

We had a wonderful stay at this Frankfort property. The house was clean and comfortable, and it was close to many areas we wanted to visit.It was well stocked and had everything we needed — the kitchen had everything for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day out. Relaxing on the porch was a highlight. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped retreat near Lake Michigan.

Beautiful place with lots of room and supplies. Host was available if needed. Close to Elberta and Frankfort beaches, lovely space around and fire pit near house. Private and delightful! We will be back!

The house is as listed, very well equipped and plenty of room. The kitchen is large and open, great for cooking. We loved the porch with all the comfy seating and a table for eating. The property is very private, but close to town and the beach. A great location, so much to see and do. Michele is very responsive and helpful. Our family of three generations had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Michele was prompt with communications, very friendly and helpful with any questions about our stay and suggestions about attractions in the surrounding area.The house and property are beautiful. This is a family friendly home and yard. Having 4 bathrooms is very convenient for a larger group. The porch was a favorite spot to relax and enjoy the spectacular landscape. We took an entire day to stay at the property to appreciate the house, having a campfire, and leisurely outdoor meal with family.We absolutely recommend this property and hope to return!

We really strive to make your vacation as relaxing as possible We built that covered wrap around covered deck up high off the upper floor for that luxury tree top style experience. When we stay here I love sitting out there especially in the rain ! Its so soothing. You and your crew are more than welcome to come stay again anytime ! We own 2 new built vacation homes on a 10 acre wooded ridged private setting close to beachs. We also use these homes frequently so there is much more included that we share to make your/our vacationing comfortable..These are not empty homes with 4 forks 4 knives and 4 spoons. I love to cook and have a large selection of kitchen devices and accesories and supplies for your use. We have a very small amount of personal property that we keep to the side- most of the available space is open to our guests. Our consistent 5 star reviews and high percentage of rebooking speak for themselves. Im glad that you enjoyed your stay and all of the extras that we include in our vacation homes. We plan to expand ever furthur to offer more exciting oudoor amenities. More waterfalls IN hot tubs ?. Stay tuned...

Amazing place to stay!! Will come back

Everything was perfect! We are definitely planning on coming back and staying longer next year. Plenty of room, great location to the Lakes, shops and restaurants. The owner did an amazing job with this place. It's beautiful and cozy. We had a wonderful time here. The owner was easy to communicate with and gave us tips and information on what to do around here and being so gracious with any questions we had. We absolutely look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this lovely property. Both the house and the property were wonderful. One of my favorite features was the “on demand” hot water. We were all able to shower when returning from the beach without anyone having a cold shower. We also thoroughly enjoyed the covered wrap around porch both in the morning and in the evening. We would gladly return to this property for future trips.

Great location for our big family getaway! Close to Elberta Beach, Frankfort Beach, Crystal Lake Beach, Platte River, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and more. This home was large enough to accommodate our large, multi-generational family with no lack of space. Great fire pit and hanging chairs for nightly campfires. The hot tub was also a big hit! 3 beds on the top level and two on the bottom. A second living room & small kitchen area made it convenient for extra food and drinks. Downtown Frankfort is buzzing with many restaurants and shops. Hosts were pleasant and very responsive! We will certainly come back again.

Beautiful clean house

It’s a new house. Very well maintained. The host is still trying to figure out few things to get the process streamlined. But she did amazing job to accommodate us. House is clean- centrally located. Definitely give it a try to Crystal lake Gateway properties on their website.

Great Stay!

The house was wonderful and allowed plenty of room for the entire family. We enjoyed the back yard/patio area and played our corn hole game every evening. Even though there were many things wrong/missing/misled, I would give a 5 star rating. The description on VRBO is not 100% accurate. There is no hot tub, no spa tub or children's playground. The stair gate was still in the box and not attached to the wall, so we had to go buy a baby gate to protect our one year old from falling down the stairs. We had to call to request the baby high chair which was brought the next day. And although I didn't expect it, there was no "Breakfast included". Several things in the house were unfinished (master bathroom door wouldn't slide, no shelves for shampoo so it had to sit on the floor, shelves/decor hung on wall with thumbtacks or finishing nails which doesn't hold, and no dressers/drawers to put your clothes/bags). But overall, it was a wonderful home that just needs some finishing touches. The owner was hospitable and communicated quickly. The location close to Frankfort was lovely. Great town, wonderful shops, fantastic restaurants, and close to the beach. I would certainly visit again!!

Thank you for the 5 star review. Building and completely furnishing 2 new build vacation homes in 2 years has been crazy yet exciting ! The Hot tub was ordered but had installation and delivery issues. We are working on it. The gate cannot stay up at all times so it was in the box in the closet where I said it was. We are fine tuning dressers ( most people do not use them and we did not have time to put dressers in all 5 bedrooms before the season started. They will be there this next season) The couple bedrooms that do not have them have tables in closets to set your suitcase on ) I'm glad you saw that we have enough value for a great review but are just working on finishing touches. We fell in love with the property and its proximity to all of the Beauty Benzie county has to offer and are excited to continue developing and offering more amenities for next season.
