The space
This re-skinned 50's house is designed for the perfect "Keep Austin Weird" stay while in Texas! Two bedrooms are uniquely designed on each end of the house so it's a perfect getaway for two couples. The third small bedroom has a dual purpose as an office and a bedroom. The bathroom tub is remodeled with a wall spa system with body jets, a rainhead shower, and a handheld and regular shower head. An outdoor shower off the side of one of the two bedrooms allows for an open-air spa experience. The kitchen is original in a coat of glossy gray, and fully stocked with anything you need to cook up an Austin feast. For entertaining, there's a quaint inside dining room off the kitchen which looks out over the backyard, and a large outdoor table with two long benches that is perfect for bringing people together for a meal in the open air. The backyard livens up the night with uplighting into the trees and a hot tub patio off the back deck. There are two flat-panel TVs (one in a bedroom) which offer digital content on Apple TV systems. The owner displays an extensive and eclectic art collection in the house for guests to enjoy.

Guests have the run of the place including the mod 50's house, the outdoor shower, an extremely private fenced back yard including a huge entertainment patio with a dining table, a grill for outdoor cooking, and the hot tub patio. Easy parking is both in the driveway and on the street.
