Charming Disney themed home- 4BR & 3BA with private pool and game room! After your Orlando adventures, come home to a private heated pool and hot tub. Everyone will have their own space to stretch out and relax with four bedrooms and 6 smart TVs in the house. Your family will be able to enjoy the pool, hot tub, game room or just enjoy the Florida sunshine on the covered lanai.
The space
Great place where everyone can have fun and privacy at the same time. Located less than 6 miles away from Disney World property. There are 6 smart TV’s in different areas of the Villa for everyone to enjoy their movies or shows while traveling (can access Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more). The lanai area around the pool has lounge chairs for you to relax and a patio table with four chairs for dining outside should you choose. POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED.

Master room has a king bed with direct access to the pool through a private sliding door, 42” smart tv, ceiling fan, and private bathroom.

Room #2 has a queen bed, direct access to the pool through the private bathroom, 32” smart tv, closet, ceiling fan and drawers.

Room #3 has a queen bed, 43” smart TV, “Jack and Jill” bathroom (shared with room #4, closet, ceiling fan and drawers.

Room #4 has 2 single beds, shares the bathroom with room #3, 32” smart TV closet and ceiling fan. Ideal for kids and parents to be connected but also retain privacy.

Kitchen- brand new Samsung black stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher), very spacious. Other appliances are available: coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot, and waffle maker.

Dining tables- two dining tables. The first one fits 2 persons and is located in the same area as the kitchen. The second has room for 6 and is located in the dining area next to the family room. There are also 2 bar chairs available for use.

Family room- has 2 comfortable sofas with a 55" smart TV and ceiling fan. This TV also has cable service.

Game room- located in the garage. Has a 43" smart TV, professional size pool table, ceiling fan, electronic basketball game. Excellent area next to the kitchen to socialize.

The home also has a high chair, an umbrella stroller and a pack n play available for use.

PLEASE NOTE:
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. This includes E-cigarettes, vaping, cigars, cigarettes, etc.

We are located in a residential neighborhood. Our neighbors have regular jobs and are not on vacation. For that purpose, there is also a strict quiet hours policy in place between 10pm and 7am.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the property with exception to a closet in room #2 that is assigned to the cleaning personnel and will be locked at all times.
