Outdoor Living - The east facing pool deck, has a private pool and spa, with lanai for covered outdoor dining and plenty of space for the whole family to be able to relax together.

Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $36 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of $62 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
