Our oceanfront condo is located in the Ariel Dunes I building and features 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Enjoy breathtaking views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, private beach access and access to Seascape Resort amenities. 200 feet of beautiful white sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters are a short 3-minute walk away.
Our condo blends coastal luxury with the comfort of a home. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and kitchen essentials including tableware, pots, and pans. There is a washer and a dryer located in the unit for your convenience. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with a tub, and there is a second half bathroom in the hallway. All beds, including the sleeper sofa bed, have brand-new cool gel memory foam mattresses. There are two large smart flat-screen TVs in the unit, and each has a cable box. Enjoy super high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi in our unit and throughout the resort.
There are 2 pools downstairs, one of which features zero-entry & mushroom fountain for small children. The upper pool is heated from February 1st through April 10th. In addition, guests have access to 5 other pools in the resort, a private indoor fitness center and basketball courts.
Seascape resort offers access to resort amenities such as waterfront beach chairs & umbrellas through La Dolce Vita, 6 Rubico clay tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, 9-hole golf course, bike and golf cart rentals, paddleboards, kayaks, and jet skis.
