- The pictures shown are two separate units and are not contiguous. You'll need to walk across the hall to access the other. One unit is located on the beach side and the other is on the island facing.
- An adult 25 years or older must stay in each unit.
- If your dates straddle more than one month or if your stay starts in less than seven days, please contact us before booking. Certain months may require that stays fall within one month only and pricing may not be accurate.
- Guests must agree to condo association rules. Please inquire for a copy. The association needs seven days to process rental applications.
- Owners have allergies, animals and smoking are not permitted in the unit including the balconies.
