Clean and plenty of room for a family of 4, two young children. Unit is on the 12th floor, carts made it easy to bring luggage and groceries into the unit. Great pool and on the beach!

We loved our stay at the South Seas Club Resort. Our condo was beautiful! It was very clean. It had everything you could possibly want or need. We appreciated the welcome boxes in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. I appreciated the sheets in the towels, not be an old and used looking. Everything about our week was wonderful. Thank you, Paul.

Local management made check in easy. Beautiful condo with outstanding views. Well furnished with all you need plus little touches by the owner. 2nd year to stay in tower three. Everything was great and if you have a question just ask the staff . 5 out of 5

We really enjoyed the condo as it was clean, fresh and had everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler. Loved the views and sunsets. Taps every night was kinda fun.

Oustanding property!!

Has everything you need. Clean, updated. Beds were comfortable and has pull out couch. Beautiful views. Little hike to the ocean but good exercise.

Beautiful Gulf front condo with awesome balconies

The condo is gorgeous and the view is amazing. Loved both balconies that give a view of the Gulf and the city. I would stay here again. The leasing company was easy to get a hold of and they answered questions promptly. The only thing I would suggest is to get beach chairs for the Gulf.

All of the units are equipped with beach gear....If you did not find it I suppose it was in the storage locker. Wish you would have asked us...so sorry............. Horizons Rentals

Beautiful property!

After a long NY winter we needed to get away. Marco Island helped us to finally put endless snow storms behind us and relax! The beach was a bit of a hike, but still beautiful! And if picking up shells for souvenirs is “your thing”, this is definitely the place to be! The condo was perfect! From the view right down to the decor, it did not disappoint!

Girls trip

Condo was great! It was very clean and kitchen was well stocked and even had a blender! It could use a table to eat at on balcony and some regular beach chairs. It has the bagged camping chairs but not ideal to lounge on beach in all day. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing South Seas Views!

We didn’t want to leave. That should tell you everything you need to know. This unit is well appointed and the views of the gulf is spectacular! Everything you’ll need is provided, including beach chairs and umbrella. This is a beautiful unit in a very quiet and secure location. We can’t wait to return.

Everything was how it was listed. Very nice unit. A bit of a walk across sand to the ocean but well worth it. Master bed could have been a bit comfier but unit was nice

1st the only (-) FYI: After booking you find out the Home Owners Assoc charges 100.00 for parking 1 car & more for additional cars. So factor that into cost also. NOW (+)s this condo owner cares for the property. Great location,great condo, great bed, great supplies. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation

We loved this property. The views are amazing. You can seat in the living room or in the corner balcony and enjoy both the city and the beach view. My wife loved the kitchen, that is fully equipped: huge fridge, sink, stove, 2 coffee machines, dish watcher, lots of utensils. The beds were comfortable. It is so peaceful, we never even heard the neighbors. The security is s plus: one security guard on the gate and another one in the tower (at nights) . I have to mention that the host were very professional all the time. I look forward to go back next year!

Wonderful Marco Island condo with amazing 12th floor view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our 7th trip to Marco Island and can say that this was the best-maintained and well-decorated unit we’ve stayed in. The ocean views and sunsets were amazing from the 12th-floor balcony, which wrapped around, providing a view of both the ocean and the island interior. The condo was well equipped, with everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Our only suggestion would be to put a guest book in the unit so that your visitors can share their experience with the owners and future guests. Sharing of experiences and good eating places can help new guests enjoy their vacations even more.

Condo itself, mostly great, building management not so much.

The condo was great. The only suggestion I would offer is that about half of the closet space was locked and reserved for the owner. This made it it rough when we had 4 adults in the condo. For the building itself, maybe we hit a bad time but for over 2 weeks one elevator was down, also for 2 weeks the laundry faculties were not operable. There was work being done on the water so we had 2 days with no water and for one of them we did not have advance notice. In spite of this, we truly enjoyed our stay. The view is wonderful and the condo is in a perfect spot to enjoy the island.

Great location and space-but privacy issues

This corner condo gives a super view of Tigertail beach and the gorgeous Marco sunset. It’s clean, spacious, convenient to many activities. Hardly anyone in Marco in September, so that was nice. We only lacked 1 thing: no cookie sheets. Privacy issue: While the lease agreement warned us, it was still super irritating that their rep knocked on the door (we didn’t hear them so didn’t go right to the door) and then let themselves in. Not a fan of strangers walking in on us, even if they do own/manage. We almost didn’t rent this unit because of this contract clause, and my worst fears were realized. We loved the condo but won’t book it again if that “we can come in whenever” clause is still in effect.
