The Heights Homestead features a comfortable living room, chef’s dream kitchen, dedicated office workspace, spacious bedrooms and an expansive private backyard featuring a 6-person outdoor dining table, propane grill, modern fire pit and adirondack chairs!



Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort and tranquility. The bathrooms provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and extra towels, so you’ll be fully set up for a perfect stay!



We have some fun board games in the sideboard if you and your guests want to have a game night! Feel like you need some fresh air? Just step outside into the spacious backyard oasis, perfect for sharing outdoor meals, BBQs, evening gatherings around the firepit, or simply enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, our modern farmhouse is conveniently close to Tampa's attractions, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Welcome to your charming home away from home. :)



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home! Enter through the front door, walk up the flight of stairs, enter your keyless entry code and voila, you’ve arrived at your home away from home!



This home sits on a corner lot and the driveway is situated on the south side of the home. Park your car in the dedicated driveway and head to the front of the house to enter.



NOTE: do not enter in through the garden gate, the front door has the key code on it and that's where you come in! :-)



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in the highly sought after historic district of Seminole Heights. The quiet cobblestone streets make the perfect place for an evening stroll to a local restaurant or bar. Seminole Heights is known also as the foodie district of Tampa, and is central to all Tampa has to offer.



Getting Around:

Guests can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars very easily. (About a 3 to 10 minute walk depending on where you want to go.)



If guests are wanting to go Downtown, Channelside, to The Port, Armature Works, Straz Center, Amalie Arena or the Lowry Park Zoo it will be just a five minute drive or Uber drive away.



If guests are wanting to go to the Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens International Mall, or Raymond James Stadium it will be about a 10-15 minute drive or Uber ride depending on traffic.



As mentioned, this location is superb and central to all Tampa has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the following:



1. Florida is Tropical. In such an environment, we frequently encounter local wildlife which includes insects. Our home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters . However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as the place is treated). Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund for a dead or live occasional bug. It's Florida and that’s where we live. If you happen to see a bug just let us know we can spray for you! We do not foresee this being an issue during your stay but we must mention it.



2. There are 3 small stairs in order to enter and exit this home which may affect those with special accessibility needs.



3. This home is on a large lot with a mother-in-law guest house located behind it. You’ll have complete privacy as you are booking the main 4 bedroom house, but please note that there is another rental cottage on the property.



4. No keys to lose or to return- woohoo! You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you in a message after you book!



5. We do politely ask guests to respect quiet hours from 11pm-8am both inside and outside for our neighbors.





Our Policies:



NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence, including vapes, will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.



NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events unless it is previously approved by us. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.



BE CONSIDERATE OF NEIGHBORS: We love our neighbors and ask you to be considerate of their space! If you are smoking on the deck or hanging out outside, please be mindful to clean up after yourself and maintain quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00 AM.
