walk out sliding doors to the deck.
➽ Large covered wrap around deck w/ dining table, deck seating and grill.

- 3 outdoor heated Pools (weather-dependent) - during Summer season. We are a 5 min walk from one pool.
- 4 sand beach swimming areas on 2 large lakes. We are a 5-10 min car or bike ride away.
- Many playgrounds, Tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffle board and horseshoe pits - during Spring - October.
- The Lodge: community center with long list of events throughout the year including live music, cookouts, karaoke, movies and educational programs, Library.
Contains:
- The Fitness Center.- Adult Billiards Room.- A "Family Game Room" is available at the Welcome Center Lower Level and features ping pong, air hockey, pool tables and kids games.
- The Rental Shack (located at the Island Pool)- Open daily (during Summer season) to rent row boats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment, bicycles and sports equipment.
- Fishing: All anglers 16 and over must have a PA fishing license. It can be purchased online. Fish species found in this lake include largemouth bass, bluegill, green sunfish, channel catfish and crappie.Traverse the community on foot, bike, or car. All lake beaches, pools, playgrounds, The Lodge, etc. have parking available. Explore the lakes by kayak or canoe. No gas powered boats allowed.

These fees must be paid before the community registration can be processed (at least 4 days prior to arrival).

One time Transaction Fee: $35 (non-refundable)

I have just started on this adventure based on my love of travel and my love of staying at places that make me happy! I grew up in Philly and I love Pennsylvania for all of it's history, culture, and rolling hills!
When I started looking for an area to buy a home, I was attracted to the Poconos because I have young kids. I want them to have a love of nature and exploration without a guide! I didn't have this growing up in an urban environment and honestly feel really out of place even with a compass!
I picked this particular home because of the vibe of calm and serenity it gives & instantly takes my worries away! My New Year's Eve resolution was to want fewer things and have more time with my family...I am becoming a minimalist as much as one can with young kids ;) When you stay at The Daydream Chalet, I hope you find tranquility & time to be carefree!
