You will have the entire home to rest & relax !Not available 11pm-7am on most nights.
Beautiful gated community with 2 lakes, 3 heated pools, lodge with gym, family game center, tennis courts, playgrounds, and beaches.

- 3 outdoor heated Pools (weather-dependent) - during Summer season. We are a 5 min walk from one pool.
- 4 sand beach swimming areas on 2 large lakes. We are a 5-10 min car or bike ride away.

- Many playgrounds, Tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffle board and horseshoe pits - during Spring - October.
- The Lodge: community center with long list of events throughout the year including live music, cookouts, karaoke, movies and educational programs, Library.
Contains:
- The Fitness Center.- Adult Billiards Room.- A "Family Game Room" is available at the Welcome Center Lower Level and features ping pong, air hockey, pool tables and kids games.
- The Rental Shack (located at the Island Pool)- Open daily (during Summer season) to rent row boats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment, bicycles and sports equipment.



- Fishing: All anglers 16 and over must have a PA fishing license. It can be purchased online. Fish species found in this lake include largemouth bass, bluegill, green sunfish, channel catfish and crappie.Traverse the community on foot, bike, or car. All lake beaches, pools, playgrounds, The Lodge, etc. have parking available. Explore the lakes by kayak or canoe. No gas powered boats allowed.

MANDATORY wristband and registration fees are required to be paid to community (not us).

These fees must be paid before the community registration can be processed (at least 4 days prior to arrival).

Wristbands for amenities
(for guests age 6 and over): $6 per person per day.
Gate card: $20 per vehicle.
One time Transaction Fee: $35 (non-refundable)

PLEASE DO NOT book if your arrival date is less than 4 days away. Last minute reservation is not allowed due to HOA pre-registration requirements. No extra guests allowed. 8 people max per Twp rules
