Bear Lake Family/Group Retreat - Sleeps 40

Sleeps up to 40! Walking distance to Bear Lake Blvd, the lake and lots of restaurants and shake shack locations. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all connected and are the heart of the home for gathering, eating, and creating memories. The kitchen is fully stocked and has an island with seating for 10 people. The dining table seats 10. The living space has a 75" TV along side of the fireplace surrounded by a stylish couch. The kitchen boasts 2 Fridges, 2 Stoves, 2 Dishwashers, large pantry, bonus fridge and all the supplies you need to prepare great meals. High ceilings on both floors, bright and airy. Recreation Room with ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, etc. See below description of bed and bath room configurations. Total of 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms and 3 Laundry rooms. Fully furnished with everything you need for a great stay. Large 2 car garage and additional boat, trailer and truck parking on the right extended drive outside. Outdoor dining on the main level balcony with plenty of seating, BBQ station and amazing views! Enough space for large groups! We have three pickle ball court within two blocks of the house and we are just a block away from Garden City Heritage Park which has Pickleball Courts, a Softball field, a Playground and paths for pedestrian use. The Garden City Pond has Rainbow Trout and Cutthroat Trout you can a catch.

Main Floor Layout:
* Kitchen, Dining and Family room, attached balcony with BBQ and more outdoor dining. Attached butlers pantry, mud room with lots of storage, and a 3/4 bathroom with shower.
* Master bedroom with a king bed, attached full bathroom and a washer/dryer in the closet.
* 2 additional King bedrooms with a shared full bathroom with shower.

Downstairs Floor Layout:
* Great room with multiple seating areas, attached dining or game tables, attached back patio with hot tub, fire pit and seating, giant game room, kitchenette, kids private play and reading area, laundry room/service room.
* Huge Bunk room with 6 custom queen bunkbeds, Big Screen TV, gaming console, and attached 1/2 bathroom
* Bedroom 6 has a queen bed, plus a set of 2 queen bunkbeds and three full size bunkbeds. Shared full bathroom with shower and bathtub
* Bedroom 7 has a king bed and a shared full bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Great place for large group!

We loved our stay here. We had plenty of space to move around and do activities. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well thought out. Appliances were fantastic and great for our size of group. There were plenty of games and activities in the house to keep the kids busy. Location was great and we rode scooters everyday into town for shakes. We loved this place!

The perfect weekend getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to stay here for years to come! The location was great. Close to the park and just a short drive to town or the beach. House was really clean and had everything we needed. New grass in the backyard was new so we tried to stay off of it, but it will be a great addition for future stays. Shelli, the property manager, was so lovely. She was very prompt and attentive to any questions or needs we had.

Very nice place but there is no grass

The home is nice. The double dishwashers were essential. There were plenty of indoor things to do. There is no grass - we had to do all of out outdoor activities elsewhere.

Big group mecca

The house is absolutely beautiful but more important are the well thought out rooms. Two bunk bed rooms with half baths make it a great retreat for families who have kids. Parents can have a room and the kids can have their space too. Some many bathrooms assured no one had to wait long for a shower after the beach. Super close to a park so the lack of a yard is no hardship. We come to bear lake every year and we all agreed it was the nicest house we have stayed in. Highly recommend!

What a great property. It was very clean...probably one of the cleanest properties that we have rented in the past 20 years. Thank you so much for that. It fit all of our family's needs for a great reunion. Kitchen was well stocked and we took advantage of the panty storage as well. It was so nice to have the 2 fridges and 2 stoves to help with all the food storage and prep. Also nice to have the bathroom and shower items that are usually missing in other rentals. We've already rented it for our return trip next summer. Shelli was great with her communication before the trip and available during our stay, but everything turned out great and we never had a need to reach out for anything. Thanks again for a great time!

Amazing space!

We had our family reunion at this property and it was perfect. (Even the teens couldn't stop sending pictures of the house to their friends!) We had just under 30 people and there was enough space for each family to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The playroom area was a hit with the ping pong, foosball, and air hockey. The deck was also a great space to socialize around the fire pit. There was enough space inside the house that the lack of grass outside wasn't much of an issue. We did some games on the front driveway (there's plenty of concrete) and it was just fine. We missed having a lake view, but with everything this house had to offer, it was a minor inconvenience. Shelli was very responsive and very helpful. Overall it was an incredible location and we hope to come back another year and enjoy it even more with grass!
