About this property.

Location: There are two units on this property. This unit is on the left side.

Parking: Please park your cars on the left side of the driveway, at spot #1. There is one covered spot and one spot behind it. Please do not park on the right side, as it is reserved for other tenants. If you have additional cars, you can park them on the street for free.

Backyard: not available.

Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system with a thermostat. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 73 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working.

Laundry: for bookings of 30 days or more only.

Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have another unit on the property, so there is a possibility of noise.

Winter notification:
-Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
-Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.
