The front yard includes parking for 4-5 vehicles as well as a front deck with Adirondack seating to enjoy the cool mountain air. The backyard is sloped but feel free to enjoy it.

✧Attention to Detail:

-Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we pride ourselves on welcoming you into a sparkling clean home!
-Our home has a washer and dryer. Dryer sheets and detergent are available.
-We keep a first aid kit in the kitchen for minor cuts and scrapes.
-We provide premium linens for each guest.
-We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges.
-Coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea are included.

You will have access to the entire home and property with the exception of a small, locked owners closet.

Entry is via keypad on the front door. A unique code will be provided in your check-in email.

No Parties or Events:
This is a serene space, and outside visitors may compromise your reservation. Any non-registered guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Septic System Care:
Please flush only toilet paper to avoid any septic issues. If clogs occur, a fee may apply for professional repairs.

Pet-Friendly Guidelines:
A pet fee is required for our furry friends. Ensure accurate registration of pets in your booking, and the fee will be applied automatically. Dogs only, no cats.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Self-check-in is facilitated through a lockbox/smart lock.

No Shoes Indoors:
Maintain cleanliness by removing shoes at the entry. Stains on carpets/rugs incur a $10 fee each.

Noise and Community Respect:
Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to respect the community. Excessive noise or parties will lead to police intervention and reservation termination.

Penalties:

Stolen towels: $10 per towel
Smoking in the home: $150
Lost keys: $50 for rekeying
Late checkout without consent: $75
Excessive guests: $50 per additional guest
Excessive cleaning: $150 for a filthy space with trash

No Illegal Substances:

Surveillance:
Only a front door Ring doorbell camera is installed for security purposes.

Pet Rules:
Housebroken pets only; guests are responsible for additional cleaning charges.
Ensure pets are clean before entering the home.
Clean up all pet waste from the yard before departure.
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and medication.
Treat pets with flea and tick repellant three days before arrival.
No pets on beds; pets allowed on the couch with provided pet blankets.
Full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages.
