The heart of the home is an open-concept living space that flows into a beautiful kitchen, complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a double wall oven. A second fully equipped kitchen ensures there's more than enough space for everyone to cook and gather.

The fun continues outdoors in your private backyard. Spend sunny days splashing in the pool, grilling at the outdoor kitchen and bar, or simply relaxing on the covered patio with plenty of comfortable seating.

When it's time to rest, six spacious bedrooms offer a peaceful haven for everyone:
Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): 1 Queen Bed, TV, closet, and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): 1 King Bed with an ensuite bathroom, closet, and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): 2 Queen Beds, TV, closet, and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): 1 Queen Bed with a TV, closet, chest of drawers, and a connecting Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Bedroom 5 (2nd Floor): 1 Queen Bed and 1 Bunk Bed with a TV, closet, chest of drawers, and a connecting Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Bedroom 6 (2nd Floor): 1 Master King Bed with an ensuite bathroom, TV, private balcony access, closet, and chest of drawers.

Our five full bathrooms are beautifully outfitted with tiled showers, and all the essentials are provided for your convenience, including a starter kit of toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 4,570 sq ft home, the private backyard, pool, pickleball court, mini-golf green, and all other amenities. The only exception is a locked supply closet used for housekeeping.

Check-in is a breeze with our seamless self-check-in process. You may arrive any time after 4:00 PM. Access is granted via a smart lock on the front door, and your unique, private access code will be provided on the day of your arrival.

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and private stay. We will not be present at the property during your visit, allowing you to relax and enjoy the space uninterrupted. Pool Heating: The private pool can be heated to 80°F+ for an additional fee of $25 per day. Please provide advance notice if you would like to add this option to your stay.
Health & Safety: Your well-being is our priority. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. For your security, the property is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors.
Security Cameras: For your safety and security, the property exterior is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a spotlight camera at the front of the home. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.
Family-Friendly: We provide room-darkening shades in the bedrooms to ensure everyone gets a restful night's sleep.
