Peaceful Tahoe Donner Home

This lovely sunny cabin is located in the resort community of Tahoe Donner, Truckee, California. The cabin is a short drive to the private beach at Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner is a lovely resort community with private pools, tennis courts, fitness center, golf and driving range, equestrian center, and winter ski hill. Two guest passes, each for up to 4 guests per pass, are available to access the Tahoe Donner amenities (daily required entrance fees to amenities not included with the reservation. For current rates and more details, visit the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center website.) The town of Truckee has beautiful shops, boutiques, and many restaurants.

The cabin is near several ski resorts (Tahoe Donner, Northstar, Palisades, Boreal and more) and a short drive (approximately 17 miles) to Lake Tahoe.

On the main level is a living room with beautiful high ceilings, gas fireplace, well stocked open kitchen, one full bathroom. There is high speed internet. There is a separate family room with a 55 inch television with cable. It also has a sleeper couch. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the cabin has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The large private primary suit has a comfortable king size bed and an attached bath. The second bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle pull-out bed for an additional sleeper. These two bedrooms are located next to the full guest bathroom.

The cabin is on a flat lot with a long driveway for outdoor parking. The front yard has a beautiful lawn. The rear sunny deck looks out to high trees and is perfect for grilling on the gas grill.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed.
No pets are allowed.
