Welcome to The Cove, our coastal oasis in Gulfport, Mississippi! This spacious and vibrant home is the epitome of comfort and entertainment and perfect for larger groups!

Upon arrival, you'll see our outdoor hang out, featuring an inviting kitchen and dining area. Gather your friends and family for a delightful al fresco experience as you grill up a storm, unwind around the generous outdoor dining space, roast some s'mores at the fire pit and take in the beautiful Gulfport sunsets. There is a ceiling fan for warmer months to help keep you comfortable and beat the heat!

The house has five bedrooms, each offering a luxurious retreat after a day of adventures. Three bedrooms feature king size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A fourth bedroom offers a cozy queen size bed, while the fifth bedroom is ideal for younger guests with two twin size beds – perfect for a playful slumber party atmosphere.

The kitchen was stocked with Thanksgiving in mind and we aim to provide everything our guests need during their stay - there are basic spices, salt and pepper, olive oil, and the equipment to cook large family meals.

But the fun doesn't end there! The loft has dozens of board games to spark laughter and friendly competition among guests - if we're missing a favorite of yours let us know and we'll add it to our collection! Movie nights come alive with a projector and ample seating, including a twin-size daybed and a convertible chair into a twin bed, creating a cozy cinema experience.

Entertainment options are not limited to the indoor area - enjoy a game of cornhole in the backyard or gather 'round the fire pit for storytelling and s'mores under the starlit sky. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV, ensuring everyone's entertainment preferences are met.

There are five bedrooms and a loft sleeping space. Details:
* One primary bedroom with a king size memory foam bed, walk in closet, Roku TV, and en suite bathroom with double sinks, claw foot bathtub, spacious shower and private toilet.
* One bedroom with a queen size memory foam bed, Roku TV, and closet
* Two bedrooms with king size memory foam beds, Roku TVs, and closets
* One bedroom with two twin memory foam beds, a Roku TV, and closet
* In addition to the primary bathroom, there is a half bath on the first floor and a second full bathroom on the second floor with double sinks, combo bath/shower, and toilet.
* There is a loft open to the living area below. This has a twin size daybed and oversize chair that converts to a twin bed for additional sleeping space, a large selection of board games, and a projector for more cosy movie nights.
* The large open living area has an oversize sofa, two comfy arm chairs, a 65 inch Roku TV, electric fireplace, large dining table and modern and fully stocked kitchen.
* An exterior area designed for ultimate open-air enjoyment - the outdoor kitchen includes a large sink, a grill, a stove top, and drawers for grilling essentials. The large table will allow up to ten people to dine outside, and the two comfortable sofas surround a cosy fire pit. The bistro lighting offers appealing mood lighting, and views of the stunning sunsets are visible from the entire area.
* The laundry room has a washer and dryer available for guest use, as well as a beach wagon, beach umbrella, four beach chairs, a cooler and children's beach toys available - please note that beach towels are not included.

**THINGS TO NOTE**
- We are next to the train tracks and the trains run every few hours. We offer complimentary ear plugs and each bedroom has a white noise machine for those more sensitive to noise.
- There are Ring doorbell cameras at both doors. These are for security while the house is unoccupied and are not monitored unless an issue arises (ie theft or injury).
- All TVs are Rokus with streaming set up - just bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+ passwords and enjoy! We do not have cable.
- We are in a quiet family neighborhood. This is NOT the house for you if you plan to party. As per Gulfport law, quiet hours are enforced from 10, and as per VRBO rules, no outside guests are allowed on the property.
