Beautiful home in a good location for exploring southwest Florida. The host was very quick to respond to questions. The only bedroom with a TV is the primary bedroom. If you don’t want to buy the insurance, there’s a 1500 credit card hold. That made me nervous, but it was returned as promised. We had a great time, loved the house, and enjoyed our stay. I recommend the property and would rent it again.

Host was excellent, very accommodating. The bed mattress was worn & not comfortable, in fact all the mattresses in the unit were all depleted, very uncomfortable. The neighborhood wasn't clean, trash all over. Noise was an issue with the direct neighbors, overall, the neighborhood lacked any positive comments. Prior renters failed to pick-up or leave the unit yard or house in acceptable condition. Commercial construction in the area made it loud, very busy.

Good location, very quiet, but amenities were pretty sparse. We had to put our own baking sheet (none provided) and pan (provided pan was tiny with chipped teflon). The couch was incredibly uncomfortable and the two halves kept splitting apart. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but for the price I would have expected a bit more comfort. I would recommend to friends/ family due to location, but with a heads up about expectations.

Beautiful home & great location

We had a quick weekend trip and this home was perfect for us. Close to everything we needed. Home is beautiful and has all the basic needed items. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beautiful kitchen.

The house & Host Daniela were great! Location is close to stores and all the things we wanted to do. Would definitely consider staying here again.We played golf, pickleball, hit Ft. Myers beach. Enjoyed many restaurants, Beef O Bradys, Jerseys sport bar, Blackbeard’s Tavern, Nauti Mermaid, Hersheys ice cream parlor, First watch for brunch.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was exactly what we needed and we would defiantly stay here again in the future. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. We were very pleased with the new interior and floor plan of the home. The home is in a newer sub division - lots of places to take walks and bike rides! We appreciated the privacy fence for a fully fenced-in back yard. Overall a very nice property and neighborhood!

Cape Coral Comfort

This was exactly as described and very well kept home. I needed to reach out to the owner with a few questions and she responded immediately. The yard has been fenced, which was great because my dog was with me. I walked the neighborhood each morning and evening and there is a very nice park next to the neighborhood. This home is well decorated, stocked, clean and comfortable.

Perfect stay

We needed a short-term rental before moving into our new home. We contacted Daniella to discuss our specific needs and the experience only got better from there! She was immediately responsive whenever we had questions or wanted to discuss something about the house. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet, family oriented, and felt very safe. Neighbors were welcoming. We felt like we were home! When our family comes to visit, this will be our first choice for accommodations for them. We thank Daniella for taking such good care of us. Overall, looks nice, functions poorly.

First, the good: Spacious new house; one of the cleaner VRBO’s we have rented; nice appliances; reasonable rental rate, plenty of extra blankets. Then, the not so good. We arrived here on an early January Sunday evening for a thirteen night stay. All of the mattresses were extremely spongy and unsupportive so we slept on the two part sofa in the living room for the remaining nights. We had use of the garage but no remote opener. The hallway HVAC return air filter was completely clogged with dirt and dust causing a clunk sound when the fan started and then a whistling sound until the fan shut off. I suspect it is the original filter. There were no instructions on how to access the single streaming service on the TV. There was a good supply of bath towels, but only one washcloth and one hand towel in the entire house; no kitchen towels, no hot pads, no way to handle hot food; minimal kitchen dishes, utensils, no storage containers, etc. There was one dresser in the master bedroom, none in the other two bedrooms, and no place, except the floor, to place luggage in any bedroom. The north neighbor’s rear and side yard was used to store trucks, trailers, all terrain vehicles, and assorted lumber, ladders, and other items. On Saturday night the north neighbors had a party in their back yard at 01:30 AM, complete with music, fireworks, and an enormous bonfire. These issues and the Saturday night fiasco were enough for us and we left the next morning, six days early.

In fact, I reached out to you after check-in to confirm everything was fine, but I never received a response. As a host, I’m always available to address any issues or questions that may arise. Had I been informed, I would have gladly worked to resolve them immediately. Regarding the neighbors’ party, I unfortunately have no control over external situations like that, but I wish I had been informed so I could have reached out to them or taken steps to assist you.
