During winter months, AWD or 4-wheel drive vehicles are strongly encouraged due to changing Black Hills weather conditions.

This property is dog-friendly with prior approval and applicable pet fees. A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies for up to two dogs with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog. Guests must provide a description of their dog(s) prior to arrival for approval. Cats and other animals are not permitted. HOA regulations strictly prohibit on-street parking. All vehicles and trailers must fit within designated parking areas, with limited overflow gravel parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
