Brand new 1-Bedroom Apartment in Little Italy, near Jean-Talon Market

The apartment is a modern and spacious 1 bedroom apartment right in the middle of Little Italy - one block from Jean-Talon Market and two blocks from the Jean-Talon metro station, with easy access to great restaurants, coffee and shopping. The 900 sq ft ground floor apartment is essentially new. Designed as a guest house for the owners of the building who live upstairs, it was completely stripped and rebuilt in 2022 with 10 foot ceilings and a folding glass back wall in the main living area. Guests have private access through the front door and access to the backyard (although it is worth noting that the backyard will undergo significant improvements starting in the spring of 2024 and will be inaccessible for a few weeks in April 2024). The kitchen features Miele appliances and an induction cooktop and is stocked with tools for the avid cook. The bathroom features an Italian shower and the bedroom a comfortable queen bed, a walk in closet and lots of storage space. There is a high capacity LG washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and generally everything needed for a month+ stay. The owners live upstairs and are always available to help with any issues or questions guests may have.
