Located in a very safe central area of Hickory. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance of the home.

The back side of the house is available for guest use with plenty of parking, a small carport, private entrance. The studio space includes a king bed, queen sofa bed, small kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with washer and dryer.

The tv is a Fire TV which only has wifi channels like Amazon or Netflix. There is no cable tv or local stations. Also, no dishwasher or garbage disposal in the sink.

The entrance to the studio is behind the house. There is a large private driveway for you to park. You will also see a garage type area however it is quite small with low clearance and best suited for compact vehicles. We suggest not parking in it at all, however if you choose to do so you assume any potential risk of damage to your vehicle as it is a small space.

Hickory also has public transportation available and many places are within walking distance.

We provide a starter supply of tp, paper towels, and soaps.
