BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Perfect!

This property was PERFECT for my family. The beach is very close to the property, very safe area, and very clean pool area. The ocean was beautiful and it made it so much better being walking distance to the ocean. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo with an excellent view. Beds slept wonderful. Nicely furnished living room. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes. Be aware there are no food supplies, salt, pepper ect. Meager soap, shampoo supplies. Very nice pool. Excellent place to stay.

What a wonderful condo!

The condo itself was really nice. It was big and spacious, cook ware was provided (there was even a lighter for the grill). The place was very clean. Check in and check out was easy and flawless. My family and I agreed that we would stay here again.

8th floor. Elevator didn’t work.

Had family not even get to go to beach bc they couldn’t walk up and down 8 flights of stairs. Elevator worked a total of 4 hours our entire trip. Worst beach experience in my 44 years. Owners say the elevator has constant issues. Well that should be advertised for upper floors rooms. A waste of my families time and money. Horrible

Great time but some unexpected issues

The property is amazing. We loved our unit. It was spacious and worked perfectly for our family. We were on the 8th floor and the view of the gulf was spectacular. Access to the beach was so easy and the kids loved the pool area, too. We definitely want to come back. Unfortunately due to some heavy rains or something, the elevator wasn't operable the whole time and we were making the best of it... but our time there was cut short due to the fire department and safety issues. We were refunded some money. But I can't say we were not disappointed to have to leave the property. We didn't remain in Gulf Shores, instead we started our 12 hour drive home and stopped in Northern Alabama for some caves and trails. We do appreciate the Beachball Property team who were quite honest and responsive to our first little hiccup with door upon arrival... All in all our trip was not completely ruined or anything and we pivoted and still had a great time. Like said above, we want to try again next year and will definitely consider this property (even the same unit!) again. Thank you.
