Beautiful home with everything you need for a great vacation.

We stayed at this beautiful home in a great location. It was exceptionally clean and had everything needed for inhouse and outdoor cooking. Very well stocked with needed items. We enjoyed the private hot tub several nights. The main clubhouse and pool was very nice. The Branson activities were approximately 15 minutes away. Josh had everything set up and was a wonderful host! He responded within 2 minutes when making reservations and questions we had before our stay.

The home was well maintained and appointed. Beds were comfortable, hot tub clean and in good condition and the back patio a nice quiet and semi-private for the fire pit. Plenty of wood and nice adirondike seating around the pit. Stacked washer and dryer very handy. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Dogwood Flats was everything described and MORE! It was perfect for a total immersion into relaxation and spending time in nature. Without leaving the cabin, you could sit around the fire pit, roast a s’more, grill dinner and soak in the hot tub, all with a high degree of privacy. I had my dog along and I found beautiful places within the development, Trophy Run to hike, picnic, and to throw a ball. Table Rock Dam and all its activities are a short 6 minute drive away. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. The bed linens and pillows were great, with extra blankets to snuggle in while watching a movie on the large TV. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed, complete with a s’more bar and thoughtful snack gift basket! I fell in love with the Ozarks enjoying the serenity of the river/ Lake Taneycomo. There were many “to do’s“ while traveling with a dog without doing one tourist attraction all week! The communications sent left no questions to ask of Josh. I can’t even think of anything negative to say— except the only time I needed to ask Josh something, he got right back to me—- I wanted to stay longer, unfortunately it was unavailable.

Dogwood Flats was wonderful. Had everything we needed, the entire stay was so relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed the private hot tub during our 4 night stay. The check in and check out process was easy thanks to Josh's great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location that’s still close

The house was really nice and comfortable. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. It was nice to have the Taneycomo lake on the property. Will stay again.

The Best Getaway!

Dogwood Flats exceeded our expectations! We stayed four nights and enjoyed every minute of it! The cabin was very clean, cozy and ohhhh so comfortable! We appreciated being able to bring our old little dog and loved the hot tub, fire pit and fireplace. We would return in a heartbeat!

Communication was great, we were kept informed of possible construction in the area during our stay. It didn’t affect us in anyway. House was very clean, nicely decorated for Christmas, hot tub was nice. We definitely will be back and refer to all family and friends.

We found the rental in immaculate condition. Nicely appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were within 20 minutes of everything we had planned. The 3 of us felt it was centrally located, and yet so relaxing to come home to such a private location. Thank you, Josh, and your supporting staff!

It was a great cabin! It was clean and kept up. We had the host information but did not have any problems. There was no grass around the cabin, but there is some grass at the end of the road for dogs. Please clean up after your pets! We will go back.

Fabulous Stay!

Our stay at Dogwood Flats was very welcoming. The description matched our experience and found this property went a little more above and beyond compared to other properties we've stayed at. For instance, they provided coffee pods, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, towels, even stuff to make s'mores. The kitchen was well-stocked re: utentils, cooking/baking pots and pans, etc. The check-in/check-out procedures were well communicated and communication we had with Josh was prompt and receptive. This is a pet-friendly home so we brought our dogs for our 9-day stay. The neighborhood was well-kept and felt very safe. It also felt very private when we were on the back patio. We will be back in Branson as we just booked our wedding there next year and we would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Family Vacation!

We stayed with our two kids and dog and had a wonderful time! Josh was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was great - it’s about halfway between Big Cedar (my kids love Fun Mountain) and the Branson strip, and is down the road from the dam and Moonshine Beach. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, etc. We will be back!

Sweet Stay, Sweet Host, Sweet Memories 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Hollister! The home was very clean and had all the amenities our family could need, which made our trip so easy and comfortable. Josh, the owner, was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we had questions—such a great host! We really enjoyed the community pool. Even though the water was pretty chilly, it was actually the perfect way to cool off after long, hot days at Silver Dollar City. The space worked perfectly for our family of six, and we felt right at home the entire time. Close proximity for fishing on Taneycomo too!! Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely book here again!
