À propos de cet hébergement

unité studio avant en face de la baie! Détendez-vous sur le pont avec des vues de Provincetown à Wellfleet. Pas besoin de prendre votre voiture pour aller à la plage, une belle plage de la baie est juste en face de la rue.
La vue depuis le pont est spectaculaire et le quartier est calme et tranquille. L'unité est petite mais a toutes les commodités, kitchenette avec cuisinière à deux brûleurs, micro-ondes, une cafetière et un réfrigérateur. Vous ne serez pas déçu!
L'unité dispose d'un lit double et un futon qui est un double, et une terrasse extérieure qui entoure le bâtiment. Il dort deux adultes confortablement avec deux enfants, 4 adultes pourraient le trouver un peu à l'étroit. Nous ne fournissons pas les draps et les serviettes, mais si vous voyagez, ils peuvent être organisés à un prix raisonnable.

Great Little Condo

As many reviews have stated before, this unit is not large, but has everything you truly need. The added bonus is the shelf and two Adirondack chairs on the balcony that allow you to take in the views in comfort! If it should rain (or to get out of the direct sun), you can move the chairs under the overhang, and still take in the views in comfort. Although the online description says you need to bring your own sheets and towels, we were pleasantly surprised to find that there were some already there. If you're on the fence about renting this unit, I would highly recommend doing it...I know we will be back!!

Water View Studio — Beautiful View

Nice studio with gorgeous view. Quiet top floor unit. I’m sensitive to noise and given there are units adjoining and below I figured there’d be some noise. Didn’t hear a thing from the neighnors! Yay! Finally, the bed was super comfortable— one of those things you don’t know from the pictures. I recommend this studio for your next stay in Truro. PS. The shuttle to P-town stops on Shore Rd. Just stand outside and flag it down and the shuttle will stop wherever you are. An added bonus.

Cape Cod Vacation of a Lifetimr!

We arrived on Saturday and departed on the following Saturday. We used the condo as a base for our adventures on Caoe Cod, Boston and Marthas Vineyard. We had an excellent time and were sorry to see our time there end. Our Host family was EXCELLENT!

This property was absolutely charming! It was spotless, easy to access everything, and had everything you could ever need. The host was so helpful! She communicated well through the process and went the xtra mile to make sure our stay was perfect! I highly recommend!

Efficiency was perfect for me! Down the road is Days which sells the best lobster rolls and a little bit of everything! Truro winery just up the road The view was lovely and the beach across the street.

Beautiful Fall Escape!

I chose this property because I was joining some friends staying across the street for a long weekend. I was so pleased with unit! It is small but has everything you need for a quick getaway. There are plenty of drawers and cabinets to tuck away your things so it doesn't get cluttered. The view is amazing from inside and outside the unit. The little bar area on the deck is perfect for having a glass of wine while watching the sunset! The owners are great and very responsive. I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful oasis

The spotless, cozy unit had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was comfortable and had all the amenities we required. We also enjoyed the convenience of the nearby restaurant and deli, which we frequented, and the proximity of the beach and Provincetown. We would rent again in a heartbeat. (It was the perfect birthday spot for my spouse -- best for couples.)

Great location and views

This unit is more like an efficiency motel/hotel room than a home or condo rental. It's got a kitchenette, bathroom, shared deck with a spot all for yourself, and incredibly beautiful views of the bay. You can see the p-town in the distance over the water. Friendly neighbors, beach across the street, and a clean little unit. They only thing I didn't love was the bed, it was pretty firm. It could use a pillow top, but some people like firm beds I suppose.

Perfect little getaway spot!

This studio unit was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Communication with Kathy was excellent. The views are fantastic, we sat on the porch quite a bit! Lovely place!

Perfect Getaway

We had an excellent time at this perfect spot in North Truro! The communication with the owner was excellent, and everything was as described. The unit is on the top floor, so it provides for excellent views of the water and has the most beautiful sunset. The location is also excellent, with a nearby, vineyard, a spice factory, and lots of restaurants to explore, not to mention the location close to Provincetown. It’s an ideal spot for a couple to getaway! We had the most amazing long weekend and we will definitely be going back.

Awesome Place

Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Privacy and a sea view, but no problems getting to other fun places. We over being close to Salty Market, and enjoyed watching the ocean. We even saw a seal a few times! Highly recommended!!!

Perfect spot-

My sister and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved the rental unit… A beautiful studio condo with the most amazing views. I have passed the pagodas for years but this was the first time staying and it was such a positive experience, the vibe was so friendly, our rental was spotless and absolutely adorable, clean & comfy! Met the owner face-to-face and she couldn’t have been more kind. Will be back💛

We both love the beach and purchased this co-operative unit and fell in love with the great view of the harbor! We gutted the unit and rebuilt it little by little and love to watch the boats on the water and the bikers ride by on Rt 6a. The bay is the perfect spot for swimming, calm waters (usually) and safe for children and adults alike. We have spent countless hours on this stretch of beach with our children and now our grandchildren! We hope you have the same experience while you are here. The rest of the year we live in western MA where we have lived for over 40years. We look forward every spring to going over the Sagamore Bridge to begin the season, it never gets old.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We had driven by this property many times on our trips to the Cape but never had really seen these units up close until a neighbor was selling his unit, we looked at it and really liked it. It was a unique property with beach rights. Most all the units had some view of the bay, the decks surrounding the buildings gave everyone a great vantage point. Some Springs we have been able to hear the right whales sounding in the bay. We can watch the sailing regattas from our decks, we have never regretted our decision. It is a unique pieces of Cape Cod.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Swimming across the street, no driving to the beach. The shuttle goes by every half hour, you can park your car and ride the Shuttle into Provincetown. This is the only three story building that we know of on Beach Point North Truro, and predates zoning, it was originally built as a motel. We have just completed all new decks on both buildings and are continuing to update the property, so each year the owners are committed to making the property better and more enjoyable. Feel free to give us your comments and suggestions.
