Exec Townhome W/ EV Car Charger

Centrally located in Durham between UNC and Duke campuses. Two different Go Triangle & Chapel Hill Transit buses stop in front of the townhome and go directly to both campuses.

This 2200 sq foot craftsman style townhome has a living room and separate upstairs den, both with large TVs. 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

The garage has an Electric EV car Charger installed for charging your EV vehicle.

8 Minutes to Streets of Southpoint mall. Stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.

The townhome has two spacious living room / den areas on both first and second floors along with 3 bedrooms and 1 small sitting room with a futon and a door to make it private.

The master suite is located on first floor and has a king bed and private bathroom with a luxury steam shower. The washer and dryer are located in the master suite bathroom closet.

The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and share a jack and jill bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

You also have the small sitting room with a futon bed and privacy door upstairs.

The downstairs has a half bathroom, master bedroom with bath, kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs has a family room with large TV and seating, 2 bedrooms and 1 sitting room.

There is a courtyard in the back - with a privacy fence.

The garage opens into the courtyard and has a ev car charger installed.

This was the perfect rental for us! It was very spacious, clean and had everything my family needed. It was close to where we needed to go and we enjoyed our time there. I would absolutely rent it again!

Townhome was in great condition and very very clean. The location to Durham and Carrboro allowed for easy access to both cities. We loved the automatic fireplace and outside grill.

Home was nice. It is a townhouse and the adjoining neighbor definately is not excited about having a VRBO next door. Making a reservation with the host was a pain, due to the pet deposit. He wanted me to pay via Zelle and I was given the wrong email. We just needed a place for my family to stay during my cancer surgery. Plus I was under the impression I could use my One Key Cash and then I found out after booking that I could not. I don't get stressed easily, but this booking was very stressful when it should not have been.

We offered Zelle for the pet fee as a way to save you additional processing fees, and we apologize that an incorrect email was initially provided. Ultimately, we completely waived the pet fee and did not charge you for it. Regarding OneKeyCash, we were not made aware that you intended to use it until after booking, and unfortunately OneKeyCash cannot be used on reservations with property management companies. We appreciate you choosing our home and sincerely hope it provided a comfortable place for your family during your surgery and recovery.

The property was nicely decorated and for the most part very clean. The washer had some hair to be cleaned out but that was the only cleaning to be done. We had some issues lighting the fireplace but they were able to fix the problem while we were there 😊. All in all a very relaxing experience and would definitely go back!
