This beautiful and spacious executive property is situated in âThe Fountainsâ an exclusive and very private upscale gated community, surrounded by flowering gardens and lush, green landscape, making this Townhome a perfect place to relax and unwind. It is also ideally suited to the travelling Professional as there is a desk set up with a Computer Monitor and Printer for Guest Use.
The Fountains Community is a 2 minute drive to Champions Gate (town) center where you will find restaurants, shops, supermarkets and even a very friendly local Bar. When staying at the Fountains there is really no need to drive to the local restaurants as most of the Shops and Restaurants are within a very easy 5 minute walk, with great places to grab breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The property is spread across two floors, and was originally designed as a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom end unit townhouse, however the current owners felt that enlarging the ground floor living space was far more important than having the 4th bedroom. The property, now a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse, has a very spacious downstairs living area, is open plan and includes a large elegant living room, which overlooks the outdoor courtyard to enjoy the afternoon sun, a bright high-end fully fitted kitchen, and a separate large dining room area.
