This space is designed for relaxation and serves as a perfect transition to the upstairs haven of our property.

All four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each uniquely and tastefully themed with matching décor that adds a personal touch to your stay. Every bedroom comes with dedicated TVs, providing individual entertainment spaces and allowing guests to unwind in privacy. Each room also offers access to a balcony, providing a private outdoor space for a breath of fresh air and scenic views.

The primary suite is a masterpiece of comfort and functionality. It features its own secondary study, complete with a dedicated built-in desk—a mini office space perfect for remote work or a quiet retreat. The en suite bathroom is a spa-like haven with a luxurious shower, a floating tub, and a double sink combo. The skylight above adds a touch of natural illumination, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.

For those who value their rest, all bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. Whether you're looking to sleep in or accommodating night-shift workers, our thoughtfully designed rooms cater to your specific needs.

The lower level offers more than meets the eye. The secondary living room, doubling as a dedicated office, transforms into a sleeping area with a convenient pull-out sleeper couch. In the primary living area, two additional guests can comfortably sleep on the couch. For larger groups or additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available on-site, conveniently stored behind the extremely large couch in the primary living area and between the dining spaces.

Throughout the entire house, a Sonos sound system creates the perfect ambiance for entertaining, ensuring a seamless and immersive audio experience. Back on the main level, the house is equipped with a dedicated laundry room and a convenient half bath. Additionally, the garage, with space for two full-sized vehicles, adds to the practicality of the property. These features enhance the overall functionality of the space, providing convenience and ease for guests during their stay at our San Antonio retreat.

You are free to use the entire house and property. You are not authorized to access the "Owner's Closet" located under the stairs or attic accesses.

1. Our mattresses feature premium Tempurpedic-style memory foam for unparalleled comfort.
2. Each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep.
3. This residence is a haven for those seeking the ultimate sleeping experience.

Pets:
A $25 fee per pet will be applied. It is crucial to note that pets are not allowed on beds or furniture within the house. Our team employs specialized equipment to detect pet hair after each reservation, and a $200 fee will be imposed if evidence of pets on beds or furniture is discovered. Leaving pets unaccompanied at the home is not authorized unless a crate is provided, and the pet is safely crated during your absence. Verification of compliance with this rule requires sending us a photo of the pet in their crate on-site at the house.
Please show respect for our home to maintain a first-class and sanitary experience for all guests. Our furniture is valuable, and we kindly request careful treatment.

Parking:
Park in the driveway or garage. Optimal additional parking is available on the street in front of the house. It is imperative not to park in front of neighbors' houses. If necessary, utilize street parking on the side bordering the greenbelt.

Shades & Curtains:
If any shades or curtains are damaged, there will be a damaged fee of at least $300 per instance.

Smoking/Vaping Fee:
A $250 fee, plus full charges for any burns or damages caused by smoking, is applicable. This includes, but is not limited to, carpet damage and odor removal.

Security:
A Ring door bell security camera is in place to safeguard the property. Video and audio recording are in process. There are NO security cameras inside the property.

Gatherings:
Unauthorized gatherings on the property are not allowed unless expressly discussed with the host. A maximum of fourteen people on the property is permitted only with written permission that adheres to Airbnb standards and regulations. Additionally, no more than six people are allowed in the hot tub at a time.

Fire Pit:
The fire pit must be monitored when lit. Guests are required to adhere to city regulations regarding burn bans. Having an open flame during a burn ban may result in fines and guests being held responsible for fire damages.
