All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

There is one owner's closet in the home that is off limits. It is locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

Of course, the beauty of this location is that you can also choose to simply walk, soaking in the coastal ambiance on foot. 1. No smoking inside the home or the sun room out front. If you smoke outside, it must be 10 feet away from all doors and windows, and guests are expected to pick up cigarette butts/smoking messes.
2. No events, parties, weddings, wedding receptions, large group “dinners”, or other large gatherings are allowed.
3. No outside guests allowed at any time. Please contact host if you would like someone added to the reservation for liability purposes.
4. Children must never be left unattended.
5. Pets are OK
-No more than 2 pets.
-Exceptions only upon approval from management & additional fee being paid (must be paid)
-Pets are not allowed in the home alone without being in a crate/kennel.
-Guests are expected to pick up messes from pets.
