2000sf 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage with full living space on second floor. Beautiful view of community lake from large screened lanai. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, parks and Healthpark Hospital. All new kitchen appliances. Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has king bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed.
Second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with shower/tub. Community pool with hot tub, and full clubhouse with lighted tennis and pickle ball courts. Rental includes Xfinity cable, high speed wifi internet, smart HDTV.
Note: Avalon Preserve Condominium Association requires that a lease application is to be submitted at least 15 days prior to arrival. The lease application requires that a criminal background check be ran on all adults occupying the rental for the term of the lease. Lease application fees are 150.00 plus additional 50.00 per applicant for background check reports and are paid to Avalon Preserve Condominium Association with application after booking is accepted. Property host will provide application following acceptance of booking.
Pool/clubhouse key replacement fee is $100 plus tax

Great condo, great location and great host
I stayed at the property for 2 months. The neighborhood was quiet with very friendly neighbors. The location was close to the beach and near shopping. Melissa was very easy to work with, and while there were no issues, I am sure if one came up it would have been dealt with quickly. Thank you.
