Lovely beach home

My husband and I and our adult children stayed along with my grandson and our mini schnauzer. This beach house felt more like a beach home--it was decorated so nicely and was so well stocked with lovely serving dishes and more than enough cooking and baking pots and pans. It is beachfront, and mere steps to a very wide part of Boliver Peninsula beach. The location is built up more than Gilchrist and Caplen, which we enjoyed. There were stores close by and we liked having people around. People are very polite and not noisy even on Saturday night. We were very happy with the entire experience.

The house was great!

The Breezy-Point house was very clean when we arrived. Everything was not only beautiful and well decorated, but very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked every day we were there. It's really nice to be able to pack your clothes and have everything else waiting for you when you arrive. I loved the openness of the house. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. We have rented beach houses several times and this one is definitely a favorite. I would rent again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Paradise

Utmost Comfort with Gorgeous View

We scheduled a very last minute stay, due to a hurricane hitting our original destination. The property company was extremely responsive and helpful in helping us book and arrive in less than 24 hours. The house was very well decorated, spacious and clean with a gorgeous view of the water and beach. Beware, though, that if you are looking for a family friendly beach the stretch outside the house is not ideal. The Sunday we arrived the beach was packed with cars and adult partiers, loud music from nearly every group late into the night and LOTS of cars driving back and forth on the beach. We were there in the off season so we only had to deal with this on Sunday but locals said it’s like that on most weekends. Monday through Friday there were way less cars and people seemed to be there to enjoy the water and beach in the traditional sense. This has very little to do with the property itself, which is why I still gave it 5 stars, but if you are looking to book this for a family in the high season you may have to contend with a far more adult atmosphere the majority of the time. We were very thankful for the house, though, because with toddlers and babies we spent a lot of time inside due to nap times and early bedtimes, and this house was perfectly suited for us to still enjoy the serenity if a beach view in complete comfort.

Wonderful home

Beautiful home in a good Bolivar location. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we'd be happy booking again. There's a lot in front of the home, but it's open, so the view is wonderful. Both decks have nice chairs/tables, and are super comfy - many naps were had between beach runs. The path to the beach is right in front of the driveway. The Big Store is just a few streets down on the main road. Everything was clean and in good repair, short of a towel hook someone pulled mostly out of a wall (probably a recent guest, the host indicated it would be taken care of). Plenty of room, well appointed, just a wonderful place for family taking a break. The deck was in good condition (we saw no protruding nails/splinters). If I had to find a fault, it would be the grill was located right next to the septic system, which didn't smell great. I feel like that's being pretty picky. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect New Year’s Stay

Pictures do not do this house justice - it is just lovely! Great location, property management was spot on with everything and super responsive, the house had pretty well everything you could want and more. Our group consisted of 3 older couples but It would work well for a family or a girl’s weekend. Very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend and look forward to coming back for another stay.

Breezy Point & OPCD

My family loved our stay here. The home was clean and well kept. The front row view of the ocean was easily my wife’s favorite part, she sat so long admiring that she burnt her feet even after I warned her. Someone from Ocean Property Development checked in periodically to make sure every thing was well and our stay was as enjoyable as possible. When we had a small issue like my 15 year old son losing the house keys in the Gulf of Mexico we got it handled with minimal stress. We loved our stay and will definitely be repeat customers.

Well stocked and spacious!

From labeled cabinets and switches to the well stocked kitchen, this is one of the cleanest and nicest houses I've stayed in. Hand soap was provided in each bathroom. Plenty of towels and linens. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Amazing Views

Home was very clean and well stocked. The view from the deck was amazing and very relaxing. There is direct access to the beach just across the street. It was a pleasure working with the management team as they were very attentive and helpful. Check in and check out was also a breeze.

Great View!

We had a very relaxing stay. The house was perfect for 6 adults and 3 littles. The babies loved the bunk room. The view was amazing! The kitchen and living area were well accommodating! Check in and out we’re easy! We would stay at Breezy Point again!

Excellent quick getaway

Excellent quick getaway. The location is awesome very easy access to the beach. The beach was very close. The house was very open and easy to accommodate. The only drawback was the AC took a nice minute not cool down. The fridge never got cool. We made due with what we had.

trouble free enjoyable stay

OPCD is one class act. They cover all the bases. very thorough. Disappointed that the fishing wasn't very good but the stay and the accommodations made up for it. What a fun time. Ready to do it again. Thanks, Guys!!!
