Beautifully appointed and perfectly located just minutes from downtown Moab, this 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome has everything you need for your stay in Moab!
Featuring an open concept, comfortable living space this 2-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village Vista complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista community is a private, quiet and beautifully landscaped community with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October), hot tub (open year round), tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area and playground. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!
The home has the perfect configuration for two couples or families. Both bedrooms in this home are master suites with their own attached bathrooms. The queen sofa sleeper in the living room also provides extra sleeping space, and a queen air mattress is also available for more guests if needed.
Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim. The nearby community pool and hot tub are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!
The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!
