Welcome to your coastal retreat at 10300 Coast Guard Rd, villa D102, Emerald Isle! Gated community. New owners have completed renovated entire unit.

Our villa has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The bedrooms are designed for your utmost comfort. Choose from the king bed, queen bed, or two extended twin-size beds – all adorned with premium linens, ensuring
a restful night's sleep after a day of sun, sea, and sand.

The fully equipped kitchen w/wet bar and beverage refrigerator and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Dine al fresco on our expansive covered deck.
Villa also has it's own washer and dryer for convenience.

For those who seek outdoor relaxation, the villa offers easy access to the pristine beach just steps away. Whether you're a sun-worshiper, a shell collector, or an avid water sports enthusiast, this location caters to all beach side desires. Villa amenities include two swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball, outdoor grills and walkway to beach, outside showers and outdoor pools with changing rooms. Elevator located on the ground level with access to this villa.

Great week at the beach!

This condo was a great 1st floor unit with easy access to the pool and grill with only a short walk to the beach. The unit seemed to be recently renovated with very nice details. This is the second time our family has stayed in this particular unit and would absolutely rent it again.

We had the best vacation in Emerald Isle! This condo has everything! It is beautifully decorated, close to the bike path, and serene beach. 10 out of 10! We will be back!

Family getaway

Property was perfect for our family of 5. We liked the 1st floor easy access to both the pool and the short walk to the expansive beach. The unit was clean with all the basics needs for a week away. Each bedroom had an en suite which was convenient. We all agreed we would love to come back.

Absolutely lovely place & location!

We absolutely loved our stay in Emerald Isle. The place was meticulous, and beautifully decorated. The balcony was great and provided a little peek of the ocean. Kids loved the pool and I loved that I could see them from the porch area. A super short walk to the beach through a parking lot area was perfect for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo!

This place is perfect! Tons of space, fully remodeled, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, wonderfully decorated, etc. They even had extra beach chairs! 10/10. Will 100% book it again! Oakes Family - Elkin, NC.

Check in process easy, liked the gated community, liked being in 1st floor with easy access to the pool, villa was clean, inviting, accommodating, ac and WiFi works great, plenty of room for sleeping and dining, like the bathrooms for each bedroom, we enjoyed the wet bar, coffee bar, and cooking each day, walking distance to the beach, location near local attractions and restaurants,would definitely stay here again , 10/10 for me

Everything and more.

This unit was just renovated. Everything new. Well stocked with glasses, plates etc. right next to pool and grills. I highly recommend this property!

EI Beach Getaway

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in Emerald Isle at this condo! The location and ease to get to the beach and around town were great. We especially loved walks to the Point! My only suggestion would be to enhance the quality of the bed linens. Both twin beds did not have a fitted sheet, but instead had a flat sheet laying on top of a stained mattress pad. The flat sheet was too small to tuck in so my kids would wake up basically sleeping on a dirty mattress pad! Yuck! The sheets in the kid bedroom were very thin and itchy as well. I would rent this unit again but may bring my own linens. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the outdoor space for eating. Proximity to the pool was nice for kids too!

My wife and I are from Cary, NC and both are Real Estate agents and we enjoy traveling domestically and internationally. We have two condos (on VRBO) in Emerald Isle (in same neighborhood) that are a few steps to the beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This location is a gated community and has great amenities like tennis, pickleball, (2) pools, and (2) BBQ grilling stations along with beach access with showers. The best location to watch the sunrise or even better the sunsets.. The Pointe is an easy walk to see where the Atlantic Ocean merges with Bogue Sound inlet. The sand and surf will appease to all family members. Fishing, surfing, walking and collecting sea shells are just a few things to do
when visiting the beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This condo has been completely renovated and has three full bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The outside deck is a great entertaining area to relax with a drink and enjoy a meal. Kitchen is fully equipped for whatever meal your plans call for. Enjoy your coffee or tea on the backdeck.
