Book your getaway now! We have been lucky to own and enjoy this property since the summer of 2021. Since then, we have been curating the property with the goal of ultimately enjoying and sharing it with others. We hope you respect and love our place as much as we do!

ENVISION YOUR STAY:

-Eat Breakfast at Maple Creek Restaurant (3 minutes away)
-Take the 5 min drive to the Cape Fair Marina and rent a Pontoon or Tritoon for a half or full day.
-Lunch or dinner (or both!) at the famous Flat Creek Restaurant - 1 mile away!
-Walk the trail down to the lake and take in the scenery! **Lake level varies and sometimes the water adjacent to our property is low**
-Spend dusk with a glass of wine at the picnic tables
-Use the oversized Grill to feed the family
-Evenings roasting marshmellows at the fire pit!
-Relaxation in the brand new HOT TUB!
-Watch your favorite sporting events or movies on the basement's big screen TV while playing a friendly game of Pool

--LIVING ROOM - Enjoy the stone fireplace with a 60" TV mounted above it. The extremely comfortable leather theater chairs and leather couch allow you to rest easy while watching your favorite shows, movies, or sporting events.

--KITCHEN/DINING - Embrace your culinary side with double ovens, a huge refrigerator, a glass stove top, dishwasher, and a dining room set that seats 6, with 3 more barstools for the kitchen island. Our kitchen is WELL STOCKED (check the reviews!)

--MASTER BEDROOM - King Bed + Bathroom: Shower/Sink/Toilet
--BEDROOM 2 - King Bed
--BEDROOM 3 - Queen Bed
--GUEST BATH - On the main level, full bathroom with shower/sink/toilet
--BUNK ROOM - Queen over Queen Bunk Beds. CAUTION: Upper bunks have a weight limit!

--BASEMENT - 75" Flat Screen TV; Vinyl Record Player; Three large couches, Pool table, Wine fridge, and a half bathroom

--OUTDOOR: Fire pit, Grill, brand new Hot Tub, picnic tables! Feel free to explore our 5 acre property. The lake is a short 3-5 minute walk down the path in our backyard. **Beach access may be limited when the Table Rock Lake water level is above ~920 feet** Bring your water shoes!

If the water level is low, the cove is very shallow and/or muddy. The ideal water level is around 916 feet (check the lake water levels online).
