➤Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf 'n' turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site.
Within walking distance of many major attractions and public transportation (TTC), located steps from the building runs in all directions. Streetcars/buses run frequently and City Bixi bike rentals are available.
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, names of the travelers, ID of the primary guest (person who will check-in first), and that the guests will follow the building rules
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Packages and mail :
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding.
1) A picture of the Government ID of the person first checking in is required in advance to register you at the front desk. $52 USD registration fee is included in the cleaning fee.
2) Apartment keys and building fob have a total replacement cost of $80 if lost. Please take care of them since the next guest will be impacted otherwise.
3) Dress Code Rule: T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. Violation of this rule will result in a $100 fee.
