The exterior and location of the building were acceptable. However, upon entering, I was overwhelmed by a strong smell of incense. There was an alarm, possibly a fire or security system, sounding off. The receptionist, though friendly, appeared uncertain about the alarm or details regarding the building. She also seemed unaware of the prices of the products in the vending machines and possibly didn't fully understand our questions.The apartment also smelled strongly of incense or Fabulosa cleaner. The mattresses on the beds were not very supportive, and the bed itself didn’t look very sturdy. The bed being right against the gray, cement chimney wall was also unsettling. Maybe the room's layout could have been improved. The amenities could have been better. There was no salt, pepper, or sugar in case I wanted to prepare a meal. The refrigerator door hit a cabinet door. We couldn’t find a dust pan to sweep the floor. There were several minor issues that could be fixed to improve the experience for the next guest.The host didn’t leave any instructions about where to leave the parking garage pass or what was expected regarding cleanup. They might want to prepare some instructions for guests so that we know what is expected when checking out. The stay was okay, but it could have been better.
