Short walk to the Stadium, Lower Broadway & Printer's Alley.
Curated Outlaw Country record collection.
Units 201 & 202 are the only lofts on the 2nd floor. Both are 2 bed/2 bath. Larger groups can rent both & have the whole floor. The same can be done for the 3rd & 4th floor lofts.
Please check out our other building 3 blocks away, The Armstrong Corset Lofts.
We had a 3 night sray in this property. Its convenient location to the center of Broadway was perfect. The mgt of the property was on top of everything and the people that manage the store below were there for us all the time. Thank you all for the wonderful time.
We truly enjoyed the stay! Location was excellent and provided ease of walking access to Broadway and Nissan stadium. The quality of the space was fantastic and beautifully done. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.
The loft was absolutely perfect! My husband, myself and my 21 year old daughter came for CMA Fest. The location was incredible--an easy 5 minute walk to Broadway and less than 10 minute walk to the concerts at Nissan Stadium--using the nearby Woodland Bridge. The loft itself was clean and beautiful, we loved the country modern vibe. We also loved that there was bottled water in the fridge. It also came with coffee, sugar and creamer. Vijay was so helpful when we asked him for recommendations and was very responsive. I thought we would have to walk through the liquor or smoke shop below to get to the unit, but there was a breezeway that led to an elevator so you don't actually walk through the stores.
This place is beautiful and prime location! Initially we were apprehensive about the external entrance/appearance but it was very misleading. The store owners located below were very friendly and welcoming. The loft itself was beautiful. Donât hesitate if you are considering. Great Nashville stay!
As the Realtors say, this is one you have to see inside. Very nice, well equipped 2BR in a super convenient downtown location.
First impression is a bit jarring - as others have noted, you literally do go in through the door to the Smoke Shop. But the staff there (and the adjacent bottle shop) were very friendly as we went in and out, and we felt completely safe.
Beautiful renovation, high ceilings, nice kitchen and a cool little record collection. Tips: One bedroom gets a bit of noise from the street and the happy birds outside, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. And Drug Store Coffee, just up Church in the Noelle Hotel, is a great fast breakfast option.
No issues getting in, and Vijay was great to communicate with. A fine stay all around.
