The space
We have really enjoyed turning this house into a place you and yours can enjoy for your trip to the Durham- Chapel Hill area. Bring the family, bring your bridge club, or come alone - you won't be disappointed! The kitchen is equipped with toaster, blender, KitchenAid mixer, pots & pans, dishes, basics in pantry & more. Plenty of room to cook and bake. We have high standards for cleanliness and the entire house was just painted and feels like new. Let us know if you need anything in particular or something in the fridge.

The front living area is an office/reading space with two desks, fast internet, bookcases and books, and a comfortable reading chair. The dining room can comfortably seat 6 people at the table and there's a junior chair for children. Out back dining on the iron table with 6 chairs is a great option too much of the year in NC. There's a Weber Gas Grill on the spacious deck just two steps out the door and a fire pit in the yard as well as 8 Adirondack chairs. The family room has a 65inch smart TV, comfortable couch, two comfy chairs, and opens up to the backyard. The main bedroom has its own full bathroom and a smart TV and the other bedrooms share the large hall bath.
Guest access
Guests have full access to this property with the exception of the hallway owner's closet and the concrete parking pad to the side of the driveway. The spacious backyard is fenced with gates. There is a stone path and gate from the parking pad to the backyard cottage.
Other things to note
Towels & Linens are provided as well as hair dryers, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, soap, shampoo, detergent, dish soap, and some basic food items such as S & P, sugar, coffee, tea. Let us know if you’re wondering about a specific item, need anything or have questions.
