The Ledge House

Escape to the tranquility of the Catskills and enjoy the ultimate mountain retreat. Nestled in a serene, wooded setting, our home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We are centrally located to skiing, hiking, swimming, antiquing, and may other activities, yet far enough away to get the relaxation you need.

Our home is set on a ledge at the top of a private road. Sit and relax in the living room, have meals in the dining room with ample seating for your family and / or friends. Two of the three bedrooms have queen-size beds, the third bedroom has a full-size bed. All three bedrooms have room darkening curtains if you want to sleep in.

You will have access to the full house and yard. There is a table and chairs on the deck (the chairs are taken in during the winter) along with picnic tables in the yard.

There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway – please do not block the private road.

Check in is contactless and keyless. We will send you the code 3 days prior to check in. We live about 10 minutes away, so if any issues arise, please let us know.

We are in an area that is known for its wildlife. You may see small animals, snakes, deer, or bear around. Also, with us being surrounded by trees, you may see a few insects. We have pest control scheduled regularly; however, we ask that you keep outside doors closed as much as possible to limit the insects from coming in.
