Serene Cassine is located in the Cassine Garden townhome community in Seagrove Beach, Florida with about a five-minute walk to the public beach access.
Explore the close walking trails or the bike trails on 30A, two pools, and tennis courts; it’s all yours in this fabulous townhome.
Serene Cassine's kitchen is complete with appliances, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the necessities to prepare a gourmet meal for the family. The unit also has complimentary Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.
Our beach retreat has a welcoming downstairs main living area (with smart HDTV) that opens to a private screened-in porch overlooking Cassine Gardens. The primary bedroom upstairs includes a king-size bed, and a smart HDTV, and opens to a front deck. The primary bath has a tub shower combo, a hairdryer, and a vanity.
The bedroom upstairs is complete with a King bed and smart HDTV, a screened private balcony, and access to the secondary bathroom with a tub shower combo, hairdryer, and vanity. The main floor couch is a sofa bed if needed.
30A Beach Stays provides linens, towels, beach towels, an iron/ironing board, beach chairs, a cart, an umbrella, and beach toys (beach item's condition is based on previous guests - no guarantee expressed) available for you to borrow during your stay.
Many restaurants are within a short walking distance, Brozzini's Pizza, Cafe 30A, Perfect Pig, Angelina's, and an ice cream shop, donuts shop, and a coffee place, too.

The Watercolor Publix grocery is a short drive for all your supplies.

This community is located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach and features on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond. Cassine Gardens is within walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all 30A has to offer. The beach access is about a five-minute walk across Scenic 30A.
