The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, from a wine cooler to a coffee maker, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.
The six spacious bedrooms boast Bryte smart mattresses and private ensuites, offering a restful retreat for every guest. Each bathroom is stocked with premium bath linens and essential toiletries. Smart features like smart lights and speakers add a touch of modern convenience. The game room, complete with a foosball table, provides entertainment for all ages, while the laundry rooms, equipped with washers and dryers, cater to practical needs. For security, there are cameras facing the front door and driveways of this Wander.There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
NO SMOKING
No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace.
PET POLICY
This home is maintained as a pet-free, hypoallergenic environment during guest stays. It is professionally cleaned to support guests with severe pet allergies and asthma sensitivities. Because of this, no pets are permitted on the property during guest stays. Guests traveling with service animals are asked to notify us prior to booking so we can help ensure the health and safety of all guests.
POOL HEATING
The pool is available from May to September and is closed during the winter. There is a $400/day fee for pool heating during these warmer months. Pool heating must be done at least 72 hours before arrival.
We regularly service the pool's water on Fridays to ensure it remains clean and healthy.
Please note that the Vacation Rental Addendum must be signed in order to use the pool.
