Our house is brand new, clean, modern, and secure.

This brand new house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can host up to 8 guests.

There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and an
additional room on the main floor with an attached bath.

All guests have the luxury of seeing the famous Pikes Peak from the South, Hess reservoir, Sun/ Moon Rise, and City views from the North.

The Master King bedroom includes an attached bath, a large closet, TV, and breathtaking daily views.

2nd room has a King bed with a Desk/ chair. (Can be used as a dedicated workspace).

3rd Bed Room has a Queen.

4th room has a twin-over full bunk bed with a trundle (suitable for children).

5th room in the The 1st (main) floor has a queen with a desk/ chair. (Can be used as a dedicated workspace).

In addition to the Master bath, there is a shared bath on the 2nd floor and the 1st (main) floor.

You can pick which place (living or loft) to watch free Netflix movies. Check out the board games in the loft.

The unfinished basement has ample space for games and walkout access to the large backyard if you want to play outside.

You'll find a large deck with patio chairs outside next to the dining area and a Gas BBQ Grill below the deck.

Baby items include a Pack n Play, a high chair, books, and toys.

The 3-car garage lets you keep your cars out of the weather and has a 220v connection for your EV.

This house has central AC and a Heating System.

The kitchen offers all the amenities you'd hope for in your home: double oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker.

There is a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.

The home is in a quiet and secure neighborhood with plenty of beautiful wildlife roaming in the open space behind the house. Many attractions are nearby, like Rueter-Hess Incline, Danniels Park, Castlewood Canyon, and Parks & shopping. Remember to check out the Castle Pines Golf Club if you are a golf fan.
