Relax and unwind knowing you are steps away from the beach and pool! With only 36 units, and 6 units per floor, you will enjoy this low density, family friendly complex.

THE SPACE: Welcome to our beachfront coastal condo! The front door opens to a spacious open floor plan. Updated beautiful cabinetry, counter tops and stainless-steel appliances are featured in the fully stocked kitchen with gallery-style appliances. There is seating for 4 at the bar and 6 at the dining room table. In the living room you will find a sofa sleeper, recliner, and TV. Hang out on the balcony where you can watch the surf and have your morning coffee. The master bedroom has a king luxury pillow top mattress with an en-suite bathroom. The master bath is small but functional with a standup shower. The guest bedroom has a king luxury pillow top mattress and is located next to the hall bath. Both bedrooms have their own smart TV's and are decorated with coastal art, lamps, and bedding. If you need another option for sleeping, the living room couch pulls out easily to make an extra bed. The unit does not have a washer/dryer. However, each floor has a convenient credit card operated laundry center and this unit is located right next door to it! WIFI is free. The condo is first floor but must be accessed by the stairs or elevator.

Area Information:
Our condo is within walking distance of the Gulf State Park Pier. Great gulf fishing is only a short walk and Lake Shelby, in Gulf State Park, is .25 miles and offers kayak and paddle board board rentals. Some other great places to visit, within walking distance, while you are here is Gulf State Park Lodge & Convention Center, Island Pancake House, Sea N Suds Restaurant, Waffle House, The Hangout (.75 mile /15 min walk), Hangout Music Festival (May), National Shrimp Festival (October) and many other shops & restaurants. You can watch the City of Gulf Shores fireworks display right in front of the condo on July 4th. There are so many activities in the area for kids and adults. There's a water park (Waterville USA), OWA Amusement Park, arcades, go-cart tracks, mini-golf, parasailing, Jet Ski and boat rentals, dolphin cruises, charter boat fishing, a zoo and so much more. If you enjoy biking, there is a 14+ mile backcountry bike trail nearby in Gulf State Park. The area offers 10+ golf courses for your enjoyment, excellent deep-sea fishing, amusement parks, shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, sailing, boating, and swimming. There is also a large outlet mall in the area. In the evening there are many fun places to dine and dance to local music. During the winter months, there are plenty of activities for "Snowbirds" to enjoy.
