Comfortable and convenient four bedroom home nestled among large oaks in a quiet neighborhood. The home will be shared with a resident manager, who maintains the home. There is one private bedroom available, with a queen sized bed, wifi, and streaming TV. For guests who stay 30 days or more, we offer use of a second bedroom for family and guest visits (7 days or fewer), free of charge. There is also a private bath, a shared kitchen, living area and dining room. There are wood floors throughout the home, with the exception of the restroom and kitchen, and it is fully furnished. There is a covered porch in front and a large fenced backyard. No pets are allowed within the home, however the large fenced backyard is perfect for outside pets. The house is nicely shaded, has central heating and air and all major appliances. All Utilities are paid. The home is within 5 miles of all major Little Rock hospitals, with easy access to I-430 and I-630. There are many conveniences within 5 min. of the home, including grocery stores, restaurants and food trucks, gyms, libraries, night life, and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
