Property was clean, but had very strong air fresheners in use which were overwhelming. Had to unplug the air freshenersThe carpet in one bedroom was worn, just not a fan of carpet and the mattress is very firm. Bed in another bedroom with metal headboard uncomfortable and, squeaky. Furniture in bedrooms appears cheap. Not ba
It was ok nice stay some things were off but other than that it was oke besides bugs and things being loosley fited or unlocked door already when we made it there
The home was clean, neighborhood was quiet and the home was everything we needed for our night in Little Rock. Lots of space to stretch out and beds were comfortable.
Such a great property! Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. The fenced-in yard was a huge bonusâperfect for our pets to stretch their legs safely while we traveled. The location made it easy to get around, and check-in/check-out couldnât have been smoother. The hosts were super responsive and kind, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyoneâespecially fellow pet travelers!
Some of our shooting team stayed . Great neighborhood, nice clean place close to the grocery store. We made a big dinner and hung out in the back yard and played monopoly. Would recommend.
Great place, easy to find, three descent size rooms, two bathrooms, amazing backyard, nice neighborhood, nice L shape layout allowing more privacy within the house, and my kids loved the piano!
My family came in town for a funeral. The location of the Magnolia home was perfect. Melissa communicated well and allowed me to check in at 3:30 to get things ready before my families arrival at 4:00 which was greatly appreciated. At great disappointment, the home was not messy but it was not very clean. The front bathroom had a horrible sewer smell. Some time after check out, I realized I had left my Bose speaker there. I messaged Melissa and she said she would check to see if her cleaning crew found it but never got back in touch with me.
It started with the owner not giving me the code to the lockbox before I arrived. Check in was at 4 and I arrived at 5. I texted and called the owner and got no answer. luckily I was able to go to my son's house and wait for them to call. 30 min later still no answer so I called VRBO and they finally got me in touch with the owner. Once we got in the house was old and in need of some attention. Just not what we expected.
The overall stay was very nice with access to pretty much the whole house. Was per and baby friendly which was a huge plus for our family. We were in town to visit my sister since she couldnât come home due to her job it was nice family time well spent. We got snowed in on one day and this house made it very easy to spend quality family time together. Would definitely stay here again if we all come down for another visit. Would highly recommend especially if you have pets or little ones as they have a backyard and even stuff for babies so donât have to drag extra stuff with you. Host replied fast as well!
We had an awesome stay even though it was short. House was beautiful and very comfortable. Great area and very quiet. Would definitely chose again if we were in the area! We traveled with our 3 small dogs who also had a big yard to run in. Thanks so much!
Melissa is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to messages. She graciously changed our reservation dates, as she was able last minute. Very much appreciated! My husband and I stayed for a few nights Thanksgiving week. When we first pulled up to the house, we were a little concerned about the condition of the exterior. No worries, it is very well maintained inside. It was chilly at night, but this older home was very cozy, with central heat in the front of the house and a couple of space heaters in the rear of the house addition. The king bed was super comfy and the bathrooms were very nicely updated . Furnishings were comfortable and all rooms were spacious, storage spaces included. The hall "closet" stores extra baby supplies and sheets. It is large enough to be used to store guest's extras as well. Kitchen provisions could be beefed up a little, however, nice touches are there, with working dishwasher and an up to date Keurig kcup/ drop coffee maker. The fenced in back yard is accessible from the kitchen and the hall, right outside the master bedroom. This house is in a very good location in North Little Rock in an older, traditionally stable and quiet neighborhood. It's near several good restaurants, shopping, I-30 and I-40. I travel to this area several times a year and will stay here again.

We made a stop for the night on a road trip and this house was just what we needed. The fenced backyard was very convenient to let our dog run after a day of car travel. The location was close to great dining options for dinner. The amenities of the house were what we needed for a great night's rest and getting back on the road the next morning.
