Cabin was very nice and everything was as described. Very good size for two families and lots of kids/young adults and plenty of activities for everyone and located close to the lake and everything else in Hochatown. Definitely recommend.

Truly amazing! Great place but travelers need to travel with food and everything they need as Broken Bow does not have the foods you might want and is limited. The Cabin is truly amazing!

Great family stay

Very luxurious from the moment of pulling up to sleeping in the comfy beds! We fully enjoyed our stay with plenty of memories made here. Wonderful kitchen and plenty of tools for any chef! Very beautiful place. Loved that it was off the road a bit to give ease of mind for kids playing outside.

Lovely property with nice amenities. Close to everything we wanted to do. Only complaint was there were no extra blankets that we could find.

The property was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay... The couple things The property was short of was cooking wear and needs a bigger grill with more extra blankets. Other than that totally enjoyed property and look forward to our next stay.

Gorgeous Clean Cabin

We loved everything about this cabin. It was spacious, super clean, decorated beautifully & a great location. Our family (adults, kids & teens) especially enjoyed hanging out in the back- foosball, horse shoes, ping pong, fire pit, hot tub & TV. We'd definitely come back next time we come to Broken Bow Lake.

Fabulous Property

I have been coming to Broken Bow-Beavers Bend for 4 straight years with 7 other men for a retreat. We look for a large enough property to sleep all, big enough sitting areas inside and out to gather, amenities like great kitchens because we cook and out door activities like horseshoes, cornhole, ping pong, hot tub. Prospering Pines checked all these boxes and then some. The best property we have been to and we will rent this property next year.

Perfect Getaway

This cabin is absolutely beautiful and very cozy. I love the two master suites, and both have massive showers. My favorite part of the house was the deck. It's a great space to relax and be entertained with the TV, the games, and the hot tub. This is the perfect place for families and friends. My only suggestion is that they need to have extra blankets, towels, and utensils on hand. Thankfully, the owners were very responsive to our concerns and were able to bring us some. I definitely recommend coming here.

We love the house it was so comfortable it only had q few things that could be better we didn’t have extra blankets for the sofa, an extra outside trash bin, the blender didn’t work also the grill was too small. Thank you

Great floorplan for two families

Also the kitchen could use a refresh in amenities. The pots and pans supplied were old, warped and too small to cook for 8. And there were only 6 forks total so two kids had to forgo it at every meal. These small issues shouldn't stop you from booking.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and it was very spacious. The showers in the downstairs bedrooms were huge and having two living rooms were a huge benefit because some of us watched movies downstairs while the rest watched movies upstairs. There was so much for everyone to do with tons of space and room for everyone to sleep. There were only 6 of us so my kiddos were able to sleep wherever they wanted. Where this cabin is located, we were even able to see some deer! The only downside was that the chairs at the table was a little wobble and one broke while my son was sitting in it, and the outside gas grill can definitely use some maintenance. Once turned on the right burner blew out a huge burst of flames so I am glad that my son and I were standing back. After that only the middle burner worked and the other two never came back on. I did contact the host regarding the chair and grill, the first day it took her hours before she responded, but afterwards her response time was a lot better. I never could reach her at the phone number provided but I did reach Jennifer which gave me another number for my host, but I couldn’t reach anyone on that phone either. Only a few hiccups but the stay otherwise was a great way to spend my vacation.

We celebrated my sons 18th birthday with a group of his friends. The cabin was in a perfect location for young boys to be able to be loud. They enjoyed all the games at the cabin, hot tube and fire pit to make smores! The open area helped keep them all together but spacious enough were we were not crowded. Since we rented a boat and jet skies on Saturday, the cabin was only a 7 minute drive to the dock. Great experience!

Communication between the property management team and us was great and always extremely responsive. Would absolutely book with them again anytime we visit Broken Bow! The house was perfect to host multiple families for dinner and drinks. The location was also perfect for the activities we had on the agenda, not far from the beaches and creeks. World Series week for our boys was great and I feel this house was great for what we used it for! Very cozy and felt like home.
