Cabin Description:

Unique and extraordinary like no other, the newly renovated Misty Mountain cabin has been carefully curated with no detail overlooked to charm every member of your group! This custom-fitted vacation cabin is tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac in the Eagle Mountain East Development, with more than enough parking for cars and trailers.

This palatial residence is a perfect blend of flawless artistry and sumptuous comfort in a grand modern-meets-rustic design aesthetic. As you enter through the front door you are greeted with just one of the two amazing entertainment areas of this beautiful cabin. This remarkable space is replete with a pool table and shuffleboard table, plus a designated bar area that stuns with stacked-stone facade and dramatic log columns. The panoramic windows of this architectural home offer commanding views of the majestic nature and serene beauty just beyond. The living room is a lovely space that is filled with golden natural sunlight, plus the location just off of the large kitchen provides a perfect space for entertaining family and friends. Plush seating is offered in the form of 2 sofas that are arranged in front of a floor-to-ceiling gas log fireplace with a timer switch. A large screen HDTV with Direct TV package is mounted above the custom carved mantle.

Another custom feature of Misty Mountain is the children`s playroom built underneath the stairs. This special area is designed for guests under 4′ in height and offers a small flatscreen TV and a DVD player for viewing their favorite shows while they play. A unique `pet motel` is also built into the layout in a separate area under the stairs and makes a delightful little kennel for your four-legged fur-baby. For the teenagers or kid-at-heart adults of the group, another entertainment area is located at the top of the stairs. Here you will find a 4-in-1 game table including foosball, air hockey, pool table, and ping pong table.

The culinary epicenter of the home features multiple prep spaces including a large granite island. Premium stainless steel appliances including a gas stove accommodate your culinary adventures in the kitchen, while artful touches like a custom tin backsplash and warm staggered cabinets create a richly inviting prep space. The dining table provides seating for eight and carries the same relaxed but sophisticated aesthetic as found throughout the whole cabin. There is a powder room and laundry room near the kitchen to round out the streamlined efficiency of this main floor layout.

The cabin`s amazing flow capitalizes on exceptional indoor-outdoor living with double French doors that lead out to the back deck amenities. Truly a magical property at every turn, this alfresco oasis reveals a seating area with a teak sofa and chairs that gather comfortably around a stately gas log fireplace. Above the hearth is a mounted HDTV for your viewing pleasures as you immerse yourself in the beauty of the great outdoors. Cook outside on the gas grill (propane provided) and serve up your cuisine at the outdoor dining table. The 5-6 person hot tub is also on the back deck to provide a soothing and therapeutic means of total relaxation. Entertain on a grand scale with the capability to accommodate up to 10 overnight guests. The main floor Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed, along with a dresser and a closet for storage of personal items. Finally, a private bath is ready to pamper your senses with a walk-in tile shower, soaking tub, and separate his & her vanities. Upstairs are positioned two more bedrooms. The bedroom to the right has a king-size bed, along with a dresser and a closet for storage of personal items with HDTV with Direct TV package is mounted to the wall. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower with a single vanity. The bedroom to the left has 2 twin-size bunk beds and 2 queen-size bunk beds, an HDTV with a Direct TV package. It also includes a chess/game table and video arcade game table. The attached bathroom has an extra-large walk-in tile shower and double vanities.

If you seek the ultimate in privacy, exclusivity, and luxury, look no further than this premier cabin in the widely-sought Broken Bow area! This desired location places you only minutes from the Timber Creek Trails Merchant shopping area where you have restaurants, brewery, winery, distillery, and other attractions. Approximately 5 miles back to the south toward the town of Broken Bow is the Beavers Bend State Park entrance, Broken Bow Lake and marina entrance, and other area restaurants and shops.

Additional supplies can be purchased at local supermarkets.

• 50% refund up to 30 days prior to your arrival (except Airbnb fees)
• There are no dates changes or refunds made inside 14 days. Due to the nature of our business and commitment to individual cabin owners there are no exceptions to this rule.
• We do not refund payments or adjust your reserved dates for weather-related events or other acts of God beyond our control.
• If you purchased trip cancellation insurance, please review your policy, or contact the 800-number provided on your insurance confirmation.

The local housekeeping companies must clean multiple cabins within a set time frame. Please respect their schedule and depart by your designated check-out time.
Prohibitions: The following are not allowed on our properties:
• Smoking inside any cabin. Any smoke-related abatement efforts or clean-up of cigarette butts in the yard will result in an additional cleaning charge of $50.
• Additional guests beyond the number listed on your confirmation, without prior written consent.
• Vacationing students or individuals under 21 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent or with prior written consent.
• Burning candles.
• Hazardous materials (except customary cleaning and fertilizing substances), explosives, or illegal drugs.
• Parties, events, and gatherings of any kind without prior written consent.
• GUNS: Guns must always be unloaded and in a locked box while in the cabin. Guns left on the premises will be forfeited to the police and guest must arrange pick up with the department.

MAX Occupancy: Each cabin has a maximum guest number allowed. Your reservation must reflect accurately the number of guests in your party.

Minimum Stay: Our cabins may require a minimum stay of two or three nights, depending on the time of year. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods or high season.

NO Daily Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

Check OUT Policy: Before your departure we kindly ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the cabin tidy.
• Please dispose of all indoor trash into outdoor bins.
• Wash all used dishes. Dishes may be left in dishwasher if they are clean or left running.
• Do not strip sheets off beds. Simply leave beds un-made.
