This secluded home away from home enjoys a prime location half a mile from Lake Gregory with Duffy boats for a day of endless fun and is close to other amazing local attractions, including Heart Rock Trail, Rim of The World Scenic Drive, Will Abell Memorial Trail At Arrowhead Ridge, Arrowhead Landmark, Snow Valley Mountain Resort, National Orange Show Event Center, Sierra Lakes Golf Club, Snow Summit Ski Resort, and Bear Mountain Ski Resort.

When you enter this charming home away from home, you will be greeted by an inviting living room with vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace for wintertime visitors. Curl up by the warmth of the fireplace and get ready for an entertaining and tranquil evening streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Surprise your loved ones with your culinary skills and prepare exquisite homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen, which boasts everything you could need, including a built-in double-door oven, a microwave, a stovetop, an air fryer, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. This floor houses an extensive deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, views of the stream that runs through the backyard, a hammock, and a large Connect4 game. The lower level boasts an entertaining game room with a Ping-Pong table, a foosball table, and a pool table.

Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms on the lower level and one bedroom on the main level. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, one beach umbrella, two high chairs, baby gates, and a Pack N' Play that can be used as a changing table.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an active surveillance camera at the front door of the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
